Service was cheap and fast. Just had a horrible experience with the labor.I went in to fix the back glass of an iPhone.. it got returned with a disfuncional flashlight and horrible camera quality.I compared the fixed phone to another one and the camera was obviously swamped out for a lower quality one.Please beware and check the phone before and after the service.Edit to reply to owner - I did fix my phone with you. How are you going to tell me where I fixed my phone. I even have the text receipt.

Do not get your phone repaired here. I Came to this kiosk to get an iphone 12 screen repaired after it cracked. The screen replacements are low quality and very noticeably different than the original iphone screens. I was left with a display that has a horrible glare from many angles, noticeable purplish tint. All the text on the phone is now distorted and blurred. The phone just looks very fake now. The camera quality dropped and now makes pictures grayish. All the color diminished noticeably. Paid 440$ for this very cheap job and am extremely disappointed. Do not waste your money, complete scam.

Well, base on my experience.. This place and the people works here are unprofessional. They charged me 20 dollars because of the wrong lcd that was sent to them. It was the technicians mistake. I gave them the right model which is vivo v11, and they ordered the lcd with ebay. they didnt even check on the images that the lcd that the supplier was selling was not compatible with my phone. it says vivo y97/ v11.. but the images of the lcd that was posted by the seller is waaaaaaaay different.

If I could I would give 0 stars this thief!!I told my dad to go to this cell phone repair shop because I saw it on Google, this guys has no experience my dads phone needed a new screen but heres where things start going wrong,The screen was not glued correctly you can see the big gap like he didnt even bother on leave it even, the LCD quality was so poor that now the screen shows a yellowish color,Then it appeared lines across the screen and the LCD stopped working I told my dad to go back to this dudes store and you know what,He said it wasnt his problem, that it was my dads fault for putting its cellphone on his pocket seriously, no doubt hes a thief hope the next person read comments positive and negative first before taking their phones to this dudes store

This is the worse phone repair kiosk ever. Took my iPad in to get fixed and it came back worse, my iPad screen was white & he put a black one on (not that big of a deal) then he mentioned that I wouldnt be able to use it properly because the glass that he put on it is defective wont function correctly. I asked for a refund but he didnt want to give me a refund because he wasted two hours of his time trying to fix it worse customer service especially as a business owner. DO NOT GO HERE. He uses cheap parts and doesnt care about any one when he finally decided to give me SOME money back he gave me 50 & when I demanded a full refund he through 10 dollars at me & said take the little 10 dollars but still didnt get the full refund. Very rude, very unprofessional & will be telling everyone I come across.

This morning my iPhone5c died... Im not addicted to my phone but Ive got 5 kids and 13 grandkids and someone is always calling Grandpa with an emergency of some sort.... After searching for a reliable place to have my phone repaired I was directed to the Chula Vista Mall and ran across Chula Vista Phone Repair-- a small, white kiosk not far from the Starbucks. I had just received an emergency call from my daughter and was unable to respond with my sick iPhone. The first thing I did was to ask Cesar if I could use his cell phone-- which he happily agreed to! Next I showed my messed-up phone to Cesar who said that a new screen should fix it and quoted me a price. I asked what would happen if the phone needed more than a screen. Cesar said No problem, I will first check to make sure the repair will completely fix the phone. If the screen wont fix things completely there will be no charge at all. What could be more fair than that! While he repaired my phone-- right there ON THE SPOT-- I talked with Cesar and learned he has been fixing phones for 4 or 5 years (a lifetime in this business!) and he truly enjoys his job! It shows. He cares. He does a great job. Hes a good, honest technician. Do yourself a favor and take your broken cell phone to Cesar!
