I rented a property managed by Elite Real Estate from mid-2017 to mid-2019 and couldnt be happier with the level of service I received. Terrance, who is extremely kind and helpful, was our primary contact person. On a Saturday evening, we had an issue with the only toilet in our home, rendering it useless. Terrance arranged for a 24-hr plumbing service to come that very evening to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, the toilet had to be replaced the following day because it was after 8pm, but the issue was handled as swiftly as possible. Every issue (of which there were few) was handled with similar swiftness and professionalism.The property was professionally cleaned before we moved in. The online portal to pay rent was convenient and easy. Our move-out was smooth. If we happen to rent again in the area, I would not hesitate to work with Elite Real Estate.

If you are looking for a place to live and looking for a helpful real estate office to assist you with your researcher this office will be the worst that you can find ever.Me and my wife found the ads on Craigslist in January 31st we called directly Terrence the manager I give him all the info he needed after calling me and my wife and emailing me like crazy if we are interested we did told Vallery and Ashley that we are interested just waiting for the information of my grandma to get them and submit her application We have submitted the applications after 2 days meanwhile trying to get the perfect time to show the apartment to my wife . On Saturday we visited the apartment we called Terrance and he barely respond the phone we left him voicemail than he called me back and we told him we need to put the deposit as soon as possible he said perfect on Monday his assistance Vallery or Ashley will call us to assist us with the next step . And on Monday no body called me I called him at 1PM he never answers, And when we called Vallery she said she has no idea about the update than we started to worry because we gave 30 days notice to where we live now . I was very stressed and waiting their office to open on the next day and I called at 9:01 AM to see what’s going on and I was surprised the Terrence already give the APPART to someone else. And we I was so disappointed with their services they never responds on the phone to let you know if the place still available they just try to keep you as a backup and they will reject you easily in the last minute.This real estate office is the worst and I never had a bad experience with those guys .never trust them or You will be surprised .

I currently rent from elite and they are the worst. Ive complained about rats for over 6 months and they have done nothing about it. The property is falling apart. Leaks, bad plumbing, holes that allow rain in and Terrance doesnt reply when i reach out. When i finally do get him he finds the cheapest people he can find to put a band aid on the problem and then never follows up. They are SLUM LORDS.
