Had a gaming PC built, they did a great job and were very flexible when I needed to modify my order a couple of days after I put it in. They upgraded a couple of components for free and it was clear they just wanted to see me walk away with a great PC.Theyre also doing a great job at keeping a sanitary and socially distanced shop during COVID. Highly recommend this option if you dont want to build a PC on your own. For a small fee theyll even let you build it with them and teach you about your machine, an option I definitely would have taken if we werent social distancing.

Brought my PC into the store 30 minutes before they closed and was promptly helped. Nathan was a big help and got my PC up and running in about 15 minutes.Proper social distancing was observed and masks were worn the entire time.

On February 15, I called Elite Computers and described my issue with my 2013 iMac (screen non-functional). Joe, who took my call, was very kind and patient as he answered my questions and reassured me that he and the Elite Computers team would take a look at it. I brought in my computer that evening and Joe was there to go over the computer carefully and process the work order. I appreciated the preliminary diagnosis and solutions that Joe had about my computer (possible video card issue) and was clear and honest that if it were the video card that it would be an expensive fix.The next day, I received a call from Joe that unfortunately, my screen issue was not related to the video card--the screen was damaged due to someone possibly having hit it. Again, I appreciated the honesty from Joe that repairing the screen was not worth the cost, as my iMac was already old. I mentioned to Joe that I had a second Apple monitor at home, and if it would be possible to somehow connect it to the iMac and I could use that monitor as a back-up. Joe was again very patient and willing to have me bring in my second monitor and said they would give it a try.That evening, Joe and Elites store manager, Nathan, spent time with me and my husband trying to figure out a way to get my back-up monitor to work after being connected to my iMac. This was a tedious task, since my iMac screen wasnt working properly and it was hard to make out anything legible on the screen. Despite being busy and having to juggle other customers, Nathan still managed to help me work out a way to get my back-up monitor to work. What a relief! I know most other tech places would have just written this job off as a waste of time. Both Nathan and Joe were aware that I was not ready to let this computer go, as I did not want to have to spend thousands of dollars on a new one. So the quality of customer service that was shown to me meant a lot, personally. They did not even charge me for their time, even though I insisted on paying.Elite Computers is a class act, from the quality of their work to their customer service, both on the phone and in person. I am grateful for Joe and Nathan, for their patience with me and for their professionalism, expertise and honesty. I will be a returning customer for sue, when the need arises. In the meantime, I will highly recommend Elite Computers as the place to go to for any issues or repairs needed for all computers or devices. This is the first review Ive ever taken the time to write, so for me thats saying something about this place. I took my new desktop build into them because I was having some issues I couldnt figure out and Nathan helped me out for over an hour and knew exactly what the problem was. They were extremely nice, helpful, and taught me quite a bit. At the end I offered to pay for their assistance but they wouldnt take it.I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone else, and will come back here in the future for anything I need computer related!

Well done guys, with 8gb of ram has been installed, my laptop is running as good as in the olden days. Heres my advice folks, if your laptop working with a speed of the dead turtle, check the size of your memory and try to increase it. I called to ask if they had soft tubing for a water loop. The man on the phone quickly got me the inventory and specs, I told him where I was at and he suggested I travel to a different store that there was one within a few miles of me. The customer support I would say is awesome, its not every day someone tells you not to come to their store youd pass numerous stores on the way!

I have came here 3 times for the past month for different computer and printer. The guys here are so helpful and through with listening what the problem is your having with your device. Once they get working it’s very clear they try every possibility to solve the problem with your device. Their knowledge in computers and other related devices is awesome, and well so is their personalities. From just entering their location you realize how dedicated their are to the business. The place is even fun with walls decorated with some old gadgets, and some pictures that could had been take about 20 years ago. I know when I have other computer problems or questions I can come here, no doubt.

You guys are the best. Your techies clearly know what they are doing. You have a lot of hardware that I was looking for. Also a BIG plus, is that you dont take any money for diagnostics, you should receive a medal for that! Definitely going to visit you again this week!

Would not recommend to anyone in need of help with computers as ignorance runs through the staff. Complete waste of time with so called professionals who act like they know it all. They will not listen to what you have to say so ironically enough, they do not get the job done with repairs and become the so called bearer of bad news. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I took my hard drive to Elite Computers with a disk jam. They tried to open the little door, finally had to take the shell off, and removed two jammed disks. I was very impressed with the service, fast and efficient, and will continue to do business with them.

The staff at Elite Computers is exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They go beyond simply “fixing” the problem or making the sale by offering clear explanations as to how the problem occurred and how to avoid it in the future or why the product they recommend is superior. I have had what seemed fatal malfunctions with several computer issues: lost (but recovered) all emails and contacts, lost (but recovered) encrypted passwords, and have gone to them to improve the processing speed and functionality of both MAC and PC machines. I am always better informed about cyber issues after a visit to Elite - they are the best!

I have used Elite for the past 5 years. They are knowledgeable and fast to service our home PCs. We have used other businesses and these experts are the BEST. You get what you pay for. Nathan and Chris are trustworthy. You can depend on them to fix your computers. I highly recommend them.

They offer free dust cleaning for your computer either DIY or they do it for you. Reasonable prices and cheaper (or about the same) as buying online. They helped me with my computer. Not a large selection of computers for sale (at least compared to Best buy). They do sell desktops and laptops. They sell computer parts and accessories.Pro-tip: wear a face mask and eye protection when cleaning dusty computer. You dont want to inhale dust bunnies or get them in your eyes.

Ok let me start off saying this place is the best computer shop in town. Not only are they friendly the price is affordable, they do not nickel and dime you at all.
