First I have to say one thing before I leave this review. We have owned a pair of competitors bikes before purchasing a Scorpion from Jay. And let me tell you all the money goes into the details. The bikes have so much thought out into them. The fact we were able to purchase and pickup same day with a human being was mind blowing especially after our experience with a Chinese company on our previous Lemon bikes called Himiway Escape. I cannot speak high enough of Jay. He was stellar and a huge reason my wife got a new bike to replace her broken one. Thank you! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making her birthday special and not a disaster. Jay is our super Hero this year. We look forward to future business.

My cross current is so much fun to ride. I order a part for my bike in which I mistakenly broke and needed it the next day. An employee reached out and worked with me as they would normally go through their shipping platform. Since I live 30 min away from the company I was able to get the part the next day and it works perfectly! Thank you!

They do right by the customer. I had an issue with a part of the bike that was defective. They sent out a replacement item. Then I had to go to another repair shop that was different than the original quote and used cash instead of card. They honored the receipt and the mobile repair service that got the job done for my commuter RipCurrent over the weekend versus me leaving it at the original shop for days in a queue for repair and without a mode of transportation.I’m almost to 1000 miles on my bike in mostly throttle only mode. I’ve had no issues with it flat out not working at any point. It was just the torque sensor that needed to be replaced.This bike is a great deal for the price and it’s very solidly built. Also the puncture resistant tires are nice for here in Seattle because for some reason our streets are often covered in broken glass.Five stars is because they do what’s right and sell an great bike for the price point. Someday I hope they make a solid state battery version of the battery I’ve got on my bike because that future tech shows a lot of promise.But for now the current battery tech suffices and in my experience if you want to take a nice weekend cruise at like 10-13MPH on a bike path you can do that in all electric mode and get home no problem on the entry level 52 volt battery.I’m excited for the future of this company!

Ive changed my original review because Juiced went above and beyond to help me with my issue. The bottom line is I received a bike that worked and suddenly lost power in the motor. Juiced helped me trouble shoot it over the phone and through email and it didnt work.Based on the information they had they thought it could be the controller and sent me a new controller. After swapping that out, it still didnt work. Juiced sent a replacement bike to a great bike shop near me (Borderline Bikes) and Bill assembled and delivered it to my house. I used and abused it for 11 miles this morning to make sure it could at least exceed the mileage and wear I put on my first bike and I can honestly say Im impressed, thrilled, and a s*** ton of other positive adjectives.Both bikes we have are 5-star worthy. We have a Scorpion and a Hyper Scorpion and the issues had only been with the Hyper. The Scorpion works amazing and now the Hyper is right there with is. The only reason I took a star off is because resolution took almost 2 full months. Other than that frustration, the bikes themselves are amazing. I honestly cant believe more people arent riding these around.

I do not recommend this company. My personal experience, as well as the discussions I have had with other owners of Juiced products is reason to avoid. There are known issues with controllers and sensors. Rather than address these with customers, the support team mostly ignores requests for assistance. I purchased my bike pre-owned. The previous owner had it for 3 months, but it was too heavy to carry up and down stairs. When I reached out to support about the issue I did received a response. However, the warranty is non-transferable. Most parts (batteries, controllers, sensors) are out of stock....have been out of stock for some time...and will likely be out of stock for the foreseeable future. Like many, I have a broken bike with no possible way to use it.At this point, Im better off selling the bike off for parts. I could probably fetch $1000 for the unattainable battery, which is half the price I paid for the bike. Its all just a disappointment. It seems like folks wanting to start a business without really knowing how to run a business. Unfortunately, this is the case with many eBike companies.

We got our two bikes and we love them !I received a large bicycle my wife got the medium ripcurrent s. her bike got a little bumped up in the shipping process but nothing customer service couldnt fix and parts arrived I installed them and were cruising in style. I set the speed limit in the menu to 10 miles an hour and set the power to eco. We are a bit older at 60 plus years old so this is just right for right now.

I made a mistake buying into the Indiegogo for the HyperScorpion, Im not complaining for the C-19 and delay of 5 months. I wish I never bought this! I have had to completely redo the Braking system, only one piston works in either caliper. The Shocks in front DO NOT WORK! either its locked in the LOCK OUT or is softer than hot butter. No adjustment! The Seat is un comfortable! the shifter is upside down, the pedals are for an infant, not american men. I could go on & on, but this is too depressing to continue! I hate this bike and cant even sell it on the used market for 1/2 of what I paid. Go on YouTube and look up my name to see over 30 videos of the problems I continue to have. DO NOT BUY any Juiced product.

I was looking to get back into cycling and started researching electric bikes. I ended up choosing a Juiced Bikes CrossCurrent S in matte black. It arrived quickly and was packed well. All tools needed to put it together were included (even a pedal wrench) and there were some great setup videos online. THIS BIKE IS AMAZING. It appears to be the perfect balance of price, features, and coolness. This bike is well-built - feels sturdy and solid; it looks and rides like a dream. You can throttle it up to 20 mph, or you can pedal assist the bike up to 28+ mph. The electric motor is smooth and makes riding the bike dang near effortless; it flattens hills and overpasses. I like that you can lock out the suspension if youre riding on paved roads mostly (which I am). Furthermore, their service after the sale really exceeded my expectations; looks like theyre going the extra mile to keep their customers happy. Because of Juiced Bikes I like the eBiking experience so far and think Im going to be spending more time cycling now. Thanks!

Testimonial: I have been a bike rider my entire life riding weekly while living in major, urban metropolis cities including New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Australia, Indonesia and now Los Angeles. Today, I continue to ride my bicycle for some things, but EVERYTHING else is now on my Juiced Camp Scrambler.I am 300 miles in on this stoke machine and am amazed how this e-bike has changed my life, my familys life and especially changed the way I look and live in the city.What would normally be a one or two destination day by car becomes a 5, 6 or 7 destination day on this bike being able to dart across town on the beach bike paths, slip by traffic, and never have to worry about parking....ever.The design of the bike is solid and eye catching. I love how its chunky, almost jeep or land rover like. The ride feels more like a motorcycle or dirt bike than a bicycle ride mostly because of the confidence and momentum going into turns at higher speeds. The wide and long seat give it a casual feel and enough space for friends or my kid on the morning drop offs.After a full charge, this bike darts off the line and with the pedal assist, you can cruise at a solid 27mph with no effort at all.The process of buying the bike was easy, the customer support has been super quick even when responding to the most simple questions, they get back to you.There are a lot of bikes out there to choose from these days and for me what has set Juiced Bikes and the Camp Scrambler from other companies has been the specific features on the bike, the specs., the design and most importantly the solid reputation of the brand supporting their customers. Its a new tech and they/we are constantly learning new things everyday as we put more miles on these bikes and its cool to see how the company has actually responded to their community.The best thing to do is to go for a ride and you...will....see!

Really unhappy with my bike so far. Came with a bad charger and over a week later a replacement has not even been shipped yet. After calling in they told me it would be a few days before a manager would be able to call me back. Terrible customer service thus far, looking into returning my scorpion and hyper scorpion. Months of waiting for the bike now it sits with a dead battery. No urgency to correct the issue. Id stick with a company that has a network of dealers. It looks like they remove any bad ratings from their website, so buyer beware. *****BUY AN E-BIKE ELSEWHERE*****

We Purchased a E bike in September this year, and could not be happier! My brother and I share the bike and it is nice, lot of power when you need it, or great work out bike if you want to peddle. Recently had a problem, and the inside team was very helpful to get parts need to make the repair. They stand behind their products.

Juiced Bikes: Defective product & bad customer supportTried contacting many times over email, phone, Facebook to resolve a problem with my defective City Scrambler Battery... Result very little help whatsoever. Very disappointed and frustrated with the poor customer support and/lack of warranty replacement parts.I have to think, especially in California where they are based, there is a law saying they cant knowingly distribute a broken product, slow roll warranties and/or repairs., and then say its out of warranty.Many people burned by Juiced Bikes warranty support... Juiced Bikes went from being one of the best e-bike companies to the absolute worst.

A simple read of all the bad reviews here could have saved me a lot of time and money! I have explored every option to resolve this dispute short of this review. Unfortunately, this company cares more about profits than basic customer service.I just wanted a good quality E bike, that was reliable with good customer service. I looked at the specs, and the Cross Current X seemed to fit the bill. I called Juiced in Chula Vista to see if there were any dealers, I could see that model, and test ride it. They said no that all bikes are shipped sight unseen from the manufacturer. They were very friendly on the phone, so I decided to take a chance and order one. Shipping was fast, and I had the bike in 2 days. When I opened the box, there was very minimal packing, and this were just flopping around. When I pulled the bike out of the box, there was a scratch on the down tube of the frame. The rear taillight was jammed against the fender, and the front forks were extremely low quality. They had a lot of slop in them. This bike was $2,700 out the door! At this point, I no longer wanted to keep the bike. I decided to return it and find something better. When I called them for a return the Girl on the phone was genuinely nice. When she told me they would charge a 20% restocking fee, I asked to speak to a manager. I just did not feel I should have to pay $540 for a bike that I opened the box and inspected. The manager never called me back. They did send a shipping label, and while I was at FedEx I inquired about the cost to ship it back. The cost was $280. I called them back and said I would be willing to cover the shipping, and never heard back. The bike was back on Friday, and I got an email said my refund would be $2,200. $500 SHORT of what I paid! I called paypal to dispute the charge. Manager called and said not only would I be charged the full $540, but that it will be delayed even further because of the dispute! UN believable. I bought bikes in the past and never have I seen such DISGRACEFUL Customer service. Moral of the story is inspect, try, and then buy. When you see a cheap Bike made in China, move on...

I am only reviewing the products and not the actual location. After many hours of research I decided upon the Juiced Cross Current S as it had the most features for the price. The purchase experience, shipping, and quality of the product have been great. I have used this bike to commute to work (approx. 12 miles round trip) and it each time has been so much fun. I look forward to my commute now and I have also shed a few pounds in the process. I will certainly be referring others looking for ebikes to Juiced Bikes in the future.

Ordered an XL Brushed Aluminum Cross and received it about a week ago. Customer service informed that the XL frame wasnt in stock for XL and politely asked if would rather have an XL Red or a L Brushed Aluminum and I appreciated the communication but I decided to wait. The Bike looks better than the photos and rides great. I suggest the suspension seat post for this bike. I got it and it makes the bike feel like its floating.

Great bikes at reasonable cost (I have the Crosscurrent X). However, service support is horrible. If the bike breaks and you need a part, expect 4+ weeks to receive. And because many of the components are proprietary, you cannot just take to a regular bike shop for repairs.

Hyper Fat 1100, Unreal, Forget what you thought, This bike is another realm of E-bike. You may pull out thinking where will I go, But you quickly realize it doesnt matter as you can go anywhere. Speed, looks, It has it all. Buy one and be impressed.

Just received my new Rip Current S bike. It came undamaged and perfect in the box. Was very easy to put together (handle bar, front tire, rear cargo rack, front fender). Had a small tech issue that was professionaly handled by Nathan at Juiced bikes. Overall, great customer service and an equally great product. Thanks Juiced!!!Joe, Colorado

I am happy with the bike so far (two 35 miles trips and 5 commutes). I have also used one in Coronado bike rental and it worked well too. I got appointment the same week I asked about it and I could test the bike on site and go home with it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I bought a CrossCurrent bike for my wife in June of 2018. In July of 2019, one month after our warranty expired, the bike would only stay in Eco mode. The Juiced tech said it may be the speed sensor, in the motor. So, on July 29 we sent wheel/motor and display to the tune of $130 in shipping. Then, we had to send in the controller a week later, our error for not understanding what everything was. Its been in their court for a couple weeks now. We know that the warranty will not cover this repair, but they said theyd give us a break on the hourly rate or something. Heres my takeaway . . . after this service experience, BUY A BIKE FROM A BIKE SHOP. Deal with someone IN YOUR TOWN. IN PERSON. An on-line company like Juiced Bikes is like a black hole when it comes to service. Im starting to think this was a $1800 mistake.

I backed the Camp Scrambler in July of 2018 on Indiegogo. After reading and researching the pros/cons of campaigns, I decided to trust the (Juiced) company name and backed the Camp Scrambler.I recieved my bike Jan 3, 2019 and it was worth the wait! Packaging was outstanding, tons of thick foam protection, and the main box was double layered (Nice work Juiced). The bike was a breeze to set up. The Camp Scrambler performed better than I expected, quality of the components look and feel premium. The Scrambler screams for attention! A crowd stopper, had a quite a few people snapping pictures of the bike and asking questions where to buy, so Im sending you a few new customers from New York City (Juiced bikes).If I had to nitpick on the Scrambler it would be on the height of the seat. Im 5-9 and have a decent amount of room to reach the floor with my feet. However, my dad wanted to take the bike for a spin hes 5-6 with shorter legs and the seat was a tad tall for him. Perhaps we can see a future long seat Scrambler with a thinner seat or cutting down the actual frame design by 1-3 inches? This way everyone from short to tall can enjoy this wonderful bike.

A little over 400 miles on my Rip Current S,no problems,great bike and customer service.Live in New England,been riding in cold temps / snow ,handles well. Friends have some other brand brand bikes and are envious of the Rips performance. Happy I got Juiced.

I placed an order for a juiced crosscurrent air and got an email that the bike shipped. But there are no updates after that. Customer Service says the bikes will be shipped on the day after the UPS mailing label is created.(UPS will be picking them up). But UPS says there are no updates since the sender hasnt handed over the product to UPS yet. The company lacks co-ordination. They are currently uploading videos about SCRAMBLER but they really need to focus on the bikes that have already been purchased by customers. Customer service keeps lying again and again. They probably just want to retain customers by creating shipping labels. I dont think the bikes really worth the wait. I want to repeat the same question WHY THE FALSE INFO?

Wife & I are super-happy with our RipCurrent! It took a couple of months to receive, but we knew to expect that considering how much of an amazing deal these e-bikes are. Although demand has been extremely high, every customer support inquiry we made was promptly replied in a professional and courteous way. The bike itself was shipped with extra padding so no obvious scratches were found after unboxing. Full setup with included tools took less than an hour (and weve never done anything like this before). I still cant believe they have been able to put out a high-quality e-bike at an extremely competitive price point. All the touches of a high-end bike (seat, frame, brakes, electronics, suspension, wheels & tires -- everything feels solid and right-sized), go order one and RIDE! Youre going to have a blast! We lucked out in that it snowed the night before so we got to test it out in crunchy iciness, such a blast! Well done, Juiced Bikes!!

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I rode one of their bikes at a local rental shop and really enjoyed it but my experience since then has been all downhill. I decided to purchase the Cross Current S (and paid for it!) understanding the delivery wasn’t coming for a few weeks. It has been well over a month since the bikes arrived and I have heard basically nothing about my order despite numerous inquiries! I even offered to pick up the bike locally as I live in SD! They now offered a potential opportunity to get an upgraded bike in November but refuse to answer anything regarding details. I’m all for supporting a local company and was really excited for this bike but the sheer lack of any response on their behalf is terrible. I am now considering cancelling my order entirely and looking elsewhere.

I purchased a Crosscurrent from Juiced in June 2017. I have been disappointed with the quality of the bike in three areas:1: The rear wheel of the bike was not correctly assembled when I picked it up; the spokes did not cross, leaving the wheel weak. I broke 7 spokes in the first 3 weeks, causing me to have to rebuild the whole wheel. Once I correctly rebuilt the wheel, I have had no further broken spokes.2: The cadence sensor on the bike went bad after only 6 months of riding. While the part was eventually replaced under warranty, it took Juiced over 3 months to send us the part. Their service team was unresponsive, unhelpful, and slow.3: The kickstand snapped off after only 6 months of use.A bike that costs this much should not develop this many issues after only 6 months of regular use commuting on paved roads. I have spent much more on maintenance than should be normal for a bike of this price point. The customer service team is unresponsive. I would not recommend purchasing from Juiced in the future.

Tl;dr Electrical fire within the first mile, couldnt get a refund or replacement!My Ocean Current is the single most regrettable purchase of my adult life. I learned a valuable lesson about how I should have used payments on a credit card; but I payed up front and suffered.The control circuit blew up on me and they wouldnt honor warranty. Because, I spent the two week return window repairing warped disc brakes. Then I spent 6 months trying to not get ignored while they sent faulty parts, and suggested that I couldnt plug cables together, to string me along until they sold the last of their Ocean Currents.Authorized repair services stated in their warranty dont exist. Half a year later they found someone to repair the bike. Power cuts out randomly sometimes but it runs now. But considering the 180 degree bend on the controller cable, Id say the engineering wasnt ever that good to handle 12ah at 48v.Pics are of the controller circuits, one that billowed black smoke and also the replacement that had damaged insulation. Im stuck with this glitchy dumpster fire now, thanks Juiced.

SCAM!! I ordered a rip current s and after a week with no answer on the shipping I decided to cancel my order. They wanted to charge me almost 500 dollars for restocking fees!! I hadnt even recieved any tracking info yet! The bike never even got shipped! I had to file a claim with my credit card company before i was even able to get them to cancel my order! AND THEY STILL STUCK ME WITH AN ALMOST $250 RESTOCK FEE FOR NOTHING!! ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

I am part of the lates Indiegogo campaign and am still waiting on my bike to arrive. Had a chance to meet them at the Oceanside event this weekend and test ride the bike I am waiting for.Very well engineered and clearly time went into this design from someone that knows how a bike should come together. Great feel, great geometry, great power. Can not wait for my City Scrambler to arrive.I also wanted to mention something that i think is hugely important. That is customer commitment. We had a little change in process about me being able to pick my bike up and save the $149.00 fee I had to pay at IGG checkout. Seems they are not going to be able to allow that since shipping is coming into multiple ports, they are moving offices, etc. So what they thought they could allow me to do they can not any longer.This is how I rate companies when something goes wrong not really due to anyones fault. They could have easily said sorry, things changed cant do it. What they did was offered me a deal (I wont go into, as I dont want someone to use it against Juiced to get the same deal) that made me feel the customer love. Thank you Rasan for jumping in and helping out that was genuinely appreciated.I look forward to watching these guys in the future and seeing what they come up with next.

Trust me, it will change your life. Having the CrossCurrent e-bike for a few weeks now has improved my smile-meter greatly. Increased the amount of wind-thru-the-hair moments and makes commuting by bike way more efficient. Im passing cars more, sweating my ass off less, and blowing by other riders during their white-knuckle, sweat-in-the-eye, screw this hill! struggle times. Dont get me wrong, Im a chain-rider thru and thru, but this type of bike CAN BE TURNED OFF if you feel like its cheating! Give me a damn break you hardcore bikers who think this is cheating. Expand your mind....turn the damn power off when you want to, but when you have 30+min left in your commute home to your family, mouth-watering dinner, the new adorable puppy, or just some crappy netflix, youll turn the power on and be home in 15min. With less swamp-ass than when you had your outta-body-experience tryin to pedal up Laurel St.Juiced Bikes kick ass!

I bought a ODK bike a month a go. I think it is the best design, Best price bike I could possible get for my needs.ODK is really a very cool bike, It is unlike almost any other E-Bike for sale.Mine is the one speed. I only paid 1,045 dollars for it!The low step through frame and the Super large battery size make the perfect Mini Cargo Bike.Now, I can not get a rear seat because, They will not have a run on seats, Until next year; But I can wait !And also, They are all sold out of ODK Bikes. So you can not get a ODK Bike or a rear seat anytime soon.To bad for you! I already got mine, And I love it!Nothing could be better for cursing in Down Town Minneapolis!Thank you Tor
