I wish there was an option for negative stars. Picked up my sisters car from this place they are horrible. Her car was taken 3 weeks after she got the car off the lot bran new. When we got her car back it was clear they were using her car for there own personal use. From the huge dent on the back bumper to the kid mask in the back seat. O yeah did I for get to mention the miles on the car are dubbled and here is the kicker they switched her tires. Wow worst towplace ever. O and I have proof of it all.

This company takes cars from no reason and they scratch my wifes vehicle and the owner was so coward that didnt show up and at the end they didnt pay fpr the damage they go to parking lots like around 2 or 3 am and take cars I even tought my wifes car was stolen, I am pretty shure the good reviews are from the family who like to steel money from people

Bought an auction car picked up at American towing. The staff was friendly. The pickup was easy breezy. They jump started the car and it even had some gas.

I was recently in a car accident and this horrible company towed my car. As if car accidents werent stressful enough, I was repulsed by the Customer Service or lack thereof, service. They never answer the phone or return messages, they misplace vital paper work and try to place blame on customers, even though I have a fax confirmation for 2 pages going through ok. I have never had a manager named Liz, treat me with such disrespect and rudeness. I am a Human Resources Manager and can tell you right now, that is not how you treat customers regardless of the situation. Not sure how they stay in business with such unqualified personnel in management. I hope I never ever have to deal with this terribly unprofessional company again. Absolutely disgusted .

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Customer service was awful, they were extremely rude to my friend when he asked questions, then after the 3 plus hours it took to get the car back they drive the car with only one lug in it (how there was only 1 lugnut in the wheel when they drove but when they towed it with 5 I have no idea). The wheel fell off and destroyed my front fender and tried to blame me. Disgusting company and the police will be notified.
