Got a few car insurance quotes from Chula Vista car insurance agents. Allstate Insurance has a many insurance agents offices in South Bay San Diego. My daily San Diego commute from San Ysidro takes me through Chula Vista and National City. There’s like a dozen Allstate Insurance offices to choose. Had to get a full coverage car insurance policy for my first new car. Made like 5 calls to the Chula Vista Allstate agents to get the car insurance quote so I could give it to car loan guys to see what kind of car I could get. At first it was just to get the car insurance quote to see my monthly payments. Jason Raya at Raya Ins Agency, an Allstate Insurance Agency for like 20 years called actually answered the phone. Took my information and sent me an official Allstate Insurance quote to my email which the finance guy required for my car loan qualification. Not one other Allstate Insurance office answered phone. After the car insurance quote I still shopped other Chula Vista car insurance and Niationa City companies. I go down to Mexico a lot. Allstate’s car insurance coverage goes 75 Miles. That was so important to me. My new car covered without getting additional Mexican car insurance every time I cross. Jason’s whole team speaks Spanish. That was nice. Overall we decided to go with his Allstate Agency because they were so good at customer service and took so much time before we paid for anything. Really explained the comprehensive car insurance cause it was my first new car with this type of insurance. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I first came into this office on January 2018. Yes I know....Im reviewing a bit late. But better late than never! lolAnywho, I was greeted by Diana Miguel. And omg let me tell youuuuuuu! She is so freaking amazing! She has helped me through all sorts of changes to my policy such as: addition and removal of vehicles and ugly irrelevant people on both my policies lolDiana has a great personality and ALWAYS comes through with everything and anything that I request. Like I will call her with any questions or requests and shell inform me that she will make the changes requested immediately. Diana also gives me a courtesy call and email confirming that the changes have been done and are updated. And believe me, Im the type of person who likes to follow up on things. Diana is just amazing in doing what she does!I also want to mention that they have a phone number where you can text them information if emailing is inconvenient for you at the moment. I have had a grrrrrrreat experience at this location and highly recommend it to everyone!Diana is very straight forward on all the information she gives you and has great recommendations. I wouldnt go to any other Allstate location because Im extremely satisfied with the level of customer service that I have recieved.Keep up the outstanding work! :)
