I called Chuys Appliances to repair broken refrigerator but he didnt come at the same day. I had to call many many times and every time I call he told me hes busy and hell be here in an hour. Finally he showed up but hes late an hour. I shouldve avoided this dishonest unprofessional business. Thyre rude arrogant dishonest and never on time.

Rude. Tech hung up on me unless I agreed to pay $100 to diagnose the problem. I told him it was a broken door latch that need to be replaced. He rudely hung up on me since he couldn’t get $100 upfront fee.

They didnt repair the dryer I paid $275 when I called and told them that it wasnt working they told me , you will need a new part that cost $90 more wich I agree to pay onece they fix the dryer I told them I have spent $275 already finish the jop i will pay you they didnt want to do it they wanted more money upfront wich I didnt agree Im going to small claims court

I called & left Appliance Repair Chula Vista a message Sunday morning to call me. I was desperate. My washing machine was broken (it wouldnt drain or spin & the door was buzzing) & my daughter & grandsons were due to arrive this weekend. Appliance Repair Chula Vista team saved the day and Holiday season.Our refrigerator broke right before hollydays. We woke up to fully unfrozen food in the freezer and warm milk and other produce in the refrigerator. Not fun when you have a family over for holidays and planning a hollyday party. We quickly realized that we are probably not going to have it repaired or new one delivered right away and stored all food in the coolers and at the neighbors house. We quickly called about 6 companies to see if anyone can come out and give us an estimate on repairs so we can decide whether to repair or buy a new one. They gave a curtesy call before arriving as well.Nick was very professional and within minutes determined the cause of the issue. He quoted us price and also had the part we needed in his truck. After less than an hour, our refrigerator was in full working order. Called Chuys Appliance Service Repair because our refrigerator wasnt working. He did come to our house the same day which we found to be a good thing. He checked it out and left saying he was going to see how much the part would cost and give us a call back with the estimate. He of course charged us $40 just for the inspection of the refrigerator. We didnt hear from him in over a week. About 2 weeks after not hearing from him we called him to get an update on the estimate and he first said he had called us back which he never did. (The only reason why we waited so long to call is because we have a second refrigerator in the garage) And then tried to say that he would have to come back out to see the refrigerator again and we asked if he was going to Charge us the $40 again and he asked how long had it been since his 1st visit. We described how the 1st visit had been and he kinda remembered the refrigerator and the problem. We sent him pictures of the part that he needed and once again said he would call us back after finding out the price of the part. If he had originally called us like he said he did he would most likely already have the part price. Over a month now from his 1st visit and he has never called us back. Basically he came out to our house to make a quick $40 and not even try to fix our problem. Terrible service!!!!!

CHUY WAS GREAT!! REALLY KNOWS L HIS STUFF, ALL SUMMER I LIVED WITHOUT MY ICE MAKER I BOUGHT AN ICE MAKER ON LINE AND WAS GOING TO REPLACE IT MYSELF , BUT IT SEEMED TO BE THE WRONG PART. I CALLED CHUY FROM A RECOMMENDATION AND HE SAW THE PROBLEM, AS HE WAS LEAVING TO BUY THE PART I SHOWED HIM THE PART I BOUGHT, HE SAID I CAN MAKE THIS WORK $10 MORE HE MADE IT WORK AND SAVED ME SOME MONEY!!

Unfortunately it was a problem with the way we use our washer so they didnt do any repairs but he was honest and didnt try to sell anything additional that was not needed thanks

Because they charged me 99 dll for an estimate and I only had one of the hoses loose and he told me that the parts had to be changed, with a separate charge of 300 dll.
