Would definitely recommend Dr. Scott Barlow and the whole team at Family medical clinic of Chubbuck.They handle everything from urgent care services in the Pocatello area. to Covid testing, mens health and more!The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I have been with this clinic a VERY long time and havent been happier with my medical Dr. Before here. I have all my questions answered and the staff is VERY nice, VERY concerned with me alone. Then my boyfriend needed a medical Dr. And I brought him here as well. He likes the staff and Dr. Barlow. My Auntie was having serious COVID symptoms so I brought her on board and I can NOT explain the compassion, the concern, going above and beyond that Dr. Barlow does for his patients! I will NEVER go anywhere else! I am so grateful this is where I go 4 all my medical needs.

When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was VERY nice and knew all of my answers. Got me in very quick. The nurse I had communication with was also very sweet and positive! Got all of my information quickly and efficiently. The doctor who administered my tests was very kind and answers all of my questions. Was very empathetic to my health issues. Overall impressed with the timely manner in which this office was able to help me and there staff is amazing! 10/10 visit!

What a great experience! Called in this morning my son needed a covid test but he was very scared about getting a nasal swab. They allowed him to do the saliva test. The front desk staff were very professional and the doctor was very kind and made sure my son felt comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend going here.

Best experience I have had at a medical clinic! They got me in right away and the staff and the doctor were very friendly. They will be my go to doctors office from now on!

Heres what I know.1 - Calling for an appointment with Scott in late July I was informed that he was on vacation through the entire month of August but they had a new doctor for me to see!. I found this hard to believe as he has never taken a vacation remotely that long.2 - Calling in August, I was again told he was on vacation but they had a new doctor for me to see! And when he returned to FMCoC he would be in a different role and would not be able to provide services as he has in the past.3 - My wife found out that Scott was working at Community Care near Costco. FMCoC never shared that information with me despite my expressed preference for Scott as he has been our family doctor for six years.4 - Scott had been at FMCoC since the beginning of the practice as near as I can tell. I cant think of a reason he would leave a successful practice he helped build. Draw your own conclusions.5- If you want the great care he provides now you know where to go. Any place that treats myself (not providing information about his supposed vacation and where he was currently practicing) ensures that FMCoC will never see any of my business in the future.

I was in and out in no time. The people there are amazing, very friendly, and love to crack jokes while you’re waiting :) all in all, it was a great experience

The front desk lady is super nice. Nurse was super nice Dr was awesome he talked to my son about what was going on with him and not me. I loved that!! They are AMAZING!!

Dr. Scott B. Schaffer is a wonderul doctor. He listens very well and is super friendly. The office is nice and clean. The administrator is super friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking pain management services!

I am moving so I didnt have time to find a new pain management group. I went in one last time here to get medication to last me until I get to the other state. Scott Schaffer the director of the clinic saw me because Brittany Stone quit because of their incompetence. He prescribed the wrong medication to me and I did not know until I got it home. He did not read my records to see what had been prescribed last. They will not fix their mistake. I highly recommend you find another clinic.

Scott is very professional, friendly, and timely. He doesn’t have you waiting around and he has helped me get to a good pain level with his pain management program. I highly recommend family medical of Chubbuck for a family practitioner and pain management group.

Horrible place! Not only are your records not reviewed before the new appointment you have waited a month for you are put through the the trials of medication all over again. If the medication for pain doesnt work you are out of luck until you can get another appiontment. I was two weeks in pain and they cancelled my appointment. I was suppose to go another week in pain. Suggest you look elsewhere!!
