I asked NRV to serve witness subpoenas for me on a case I had pending in Lynchburg. NRV had previously served witness subpoenas in the same case which was later continued. I asked NRV to serve the same witness subpoenas on the same witnesses. I sent them an email as I had done before and never heard back from them. I sent a follow-up email to request status and never heard from them. I called and left a message and never heard from them. Not a service to use.
