So, to start off with I want to say I have this place a chance. The bath water was cold, manicurist was decent and she did a decent gel service; however due to the pedicure woman was completely unprofessional and kept cutting my nail and it ended up way too short because it is a damaged nail. It only grew back out to normal length because I took care of it and other nail salons just “trimmed it”. Like I asked natural nail trimmed square shape normally for manicures. I have had this issue no other places, they also thought the look of their service was worth 80.00. It most certainly was not. Nail salons are overwhelmed right now as is, but rushing the customer not paying attention to detail and not receiving the value of the service you ask for in the first place doesn’t really make it worth it. You can see where my nail grew where the two marks are on the sides of my toe and the difference. That’s why my rating is so low.

Definitely not clean and not good service. after the guy removed my fake nail the woman named Amy, after she finished, she came straight over to me to do my nail without change or clean her glove. i asked her to change her glove nicely but she refused and told me i can wash my hand instead lol then she told me i finished the service that was not done yet. i just left the store with rough nail and not get polished that i requested for and asked to pay the full price for removed the fake nail which is not cleaned properly. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Always get great service when I go for quick wax or pedi

This is the only place I get my nails done. And Im really picky. Yeah the staff speaks in their native lingo, so what. The staff is always professional and friendly. The salon is always clean. All the nail tools are clean , I always check that out. Manicures last 2 weeks, did I mention this on natural nails!

Definitely not clean. The girl who did my nails was doing a pedicure and when she finished, she came straight over to me with her feet gloves and started doing my nails. Didn’t sanitize or wash her gloves or even change them. I got a fill in and polish change, and the acrylics are lumpy, and have weird bumps on them. Didn’t file down the nail smoothly so they were sharp in weird places.

I have tried other nail salons in the area but I always choose Regal! The staff is consistently so kind and care about not just how your nails looks for your money spent, but how you feel. Only ever had a good experience here and I’ll continue to come back.

My roommate and I went in today for pedicures and got gel polish and they sat and talked the entire time they were doing our toes and did not pay attention when my roommate said “ow!” The lady ended up burning the top of my roommate’s foot with the gel curator. We went in and complained and they got an attitude with us and wouldn’t refund us for their mess up. Her foot is burnt and it hurts to walk on and they refuse to give us the money back. She spent $40 for them to burn her foot.

Usually when I go get my nails done here the guy does my nails. But on this last visit one of the ladies done them. First off I asked for red and black ombre coffin nails. Didnt get that instead I got pink and white ombre. Long story short my nails started lifting and bending after one week of getting them done.

I had a great time getting my nails and toes done here. They were extremely friendly and followed all the covid 19 guidelines. I will be back in 2 weeks. Very satisfied with my service, the pay, and outcome.

I wouldnt recommend. When I called they said they were open and asked when I would be coming in, I told them when and they said it was fine and I wouldnt have to wait. When I went in they refused to help me and told me to leave. They said they were full when they clearly were not. They refused to do my nails. It was a shock to me because I have been there and regularly go. After this experience with the salon I will not go again.

The nails were cheaper than at the nearby Nail Bar but you pay for what you get and I wish Id just spent a little more elsewhere.

This was my first time to this salon. While my nails turned out decent enough the customer service was far from adequate. The girl who did my nails didn’t say one word the entire time and each time she switched from one hand to another it was like she was throwing my hand aside. She was in such a hurry to finish she smacked my hands with the uv drying box multiple times switching back and forth. I did not feel welcome here and will not be returning.

I love this place! I wont go anywhere else. The prices are great and so is the talent. Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, too. This is my spot.

My wife got nails done here and they charged her twice for same service. They are frauds, criminals and I wouldnt let them do the nails on my dog.

I had a french tip manicure done yesterday for $20 and left a $5 tip. I thought it was weird that the manicurist didnt use a base coat or paint my natural nails a light pink but I figured she knew what she was doing. I was extremely careful not to mess them up and today, almost a full 24 hours later, I took a shower and when I got out my nails were already chipping and the top coat was peeling. My nails usually last a week when I do them myself. Such a waste of my time and money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Only time Ive ever had a great experience. Flower was the name of my pedicurist. Shes the best. If it wasnt for her there would be another bad review. I just hope that she stays.

My first time here. Im happy with mine. However very unsatisfied with my daughters. They asked her to come back to a chair. She sat there for a hour before they even started. There very uneven, bubbly and parts are faided. The heart designs look like circles and aint filled in completely.

I am Soooo Happy w my nails! I was going to the mall and having them done but NOT anymore! I still love Blake and think hes a wonderful person and artist but The difference in Customer Service and Quality work is Amazing ! They ALL had a smile for me and All the other customers coming in. They cared what I thought of the job they were doing and when she was done. I felt so welcome. She did a great job! My nails look like nails and not thick claws as my husband called them before. He thinks they look great too! And his opinion is the main one that matters to me! I will definitely be going back to Regal Nails in Walmart of all places! 😊 I love them already!💞

This is a reply to Bryttany Twiggs and review. I was actually there when this happened and you didnt explain them correctly. In my opinion you try to pull a fast one and get the job for free but got cough lying. The girl explain to you the price and you say yes. Then when they told you the actual price and just act like you didnt know what they where talking about, then storm out. And the girls have to go look for you and get a manager from Walmart. Why leave like that ? And if you where right why come back after they went to look for you ? They told you that they could just finished your nail like the way you wanted but you have to paid first and still didnt want to do it. Even the guy that was with you, boyfriend or husband, was telling you to paid them and you dint want, then you just look so embarrassed, the guy that you said it was the nail salon manager, which he is not , his friend of one of the Technician, wanted to paid for you so they could leave. Anyway this is a good place to go. You do have to get the good tech . But cant complain.

I will never visit this nail salon again. They made me feel very uncomfortable. My hands shake sometimes if im feeling uneasy. The nail tech asked if I was nervous and responded with Whatever, just relax. He did not take the time to see if I was okay and I could tell that he really had other things on his agenda! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!

I have been there multiple times...The service was ok. Today I called and asked if they had any available appointments?? They said yes...come in. So I did, brought my 2 neices as usual...The lady then tells us there is no openings and they cant help us. (Being extremely rude) I walk to my car and call them 2 minutes later and ask if they have any available appointments right now and she says YES come in now! 🤔 I will never go back there again. They have lost a regular, good tipping customer! There loss! ✌️

I have been there about 10 times now. All in all its been ok but yesterday I went and my gel polish is breaking off from the tips. This has happened one other time and I seem to get the blame for it each time. I will be going somewhere else from now on. They do not want to fix the problem, only charge for another session. Not very happy with that kind of service. I do not have that kind of money to just throw away.

I dont recommend this place to anyone! My nails were uneven the design was terrible it didnt even look like a heart it looked like a circle and when i asked them to fix it the man said it looked great for a hand drawn heart and was very rude about it NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!

Wish there was negative stars to pick.Had eyebrows waxed. Person left me there twice with wax nd cloth left on, to tend to another client. Then when finished I saw 1 little hair on right side,she then plucked it and said theres another on other brow, she then plucked and now big gap in eyebrow, right in the middle.ugh..not to mention the big chunk of skin still red nd missing from my skin above brow. when I was done she saw I was unhappy, I told her theres a big empty spot here, then she spoke to the other employees in another language and they all stared at me.(like im a dummy and didnt know she was talking about me),Then I believe it was owner who had the nerve to then speak in ENGLISH, and saysmaam are you ok? Seriously!!

I just needed them to remove my acrylic nails and repaint them since im due any day now and wanted my nails to look nice. They had my hands sitting in acetone for an hour before I had to say something about me being pregnant and my concern with my hands being in acetone for that amount of time. Then the damaged all my nails, didnt clip them, sand them down or anything and didnt even repaint my nails before the woman rudely was asking for me to pay... Worst service ever! Im extremely disappointed due to I wanted my nails to look nice for the occasion of my daughter being born..

The people there are really nice, but my gel acrylic nails fell off in four days. That has never happened to me, although there prices are decent I will never come back here. Nail envy is 10x better and its worth the price.

Worst nail salon Ive ever visited. Sadly, Ive had not one, but many horrible experiences here. I have received multiple horrible manicures, one of which my nails werent even close to being the same length, another the technician cut my finger two times without apologizing telling me he couldnt help it and it wasnt his fault and another experience where I was the only customer in the store and still had to wait 30 minutes because all 4 technicians were watching YouTube videos. Dont go here, it will not end well for you!!!

Update: Sunday, May 6, 2018I had an appointment with Tuem for a spa pedi at 12:30. I got there early and she didnt get to me until12:45. Instead of presoaking my toes until she could get to me she decided to not use a drill but a file to get the polish off. She ended up rubbing the skin raw around several toes. That wasnt the biggest issue although that is a big deal. She was constantly stopping the pedicure to deal with incoming clients and running the register. I just decided to leave. If I had stayed I would have been I there for two hours before she was done. It was very disappointing. Note to self, wait till Max comes back from vacay to get a pedi there. Now Im at Nail Envy and that is a whole other experience.The folks at Regal came from A Nail Salon a few months ago. I followed them there. I will not let anyone else do my nails. Lily is my nail tech. She always does the SNS on my nails. Beautiful and lasts FOREVER! I have had to go a little over a month before seeing her and even though my nails have grown out, the product is still immaculate. Since the color is built into the product it never chips or becomes dull. It can also be done in a French. I work 12 hour days sometimes 60 hours a week. The SNS really makes my nails strong and they grow so long now. The owner Tuem ie. Emma, does my pedicures. I get the Spa pedi the majority of the time. I only use OPI polish and it lasts a good three weeks. I usually buy the color so I can do my own clipping and reapplying before my next pedi. I have never been happier with a salon. I have never found one that I could consistently go to. So I would just paint my own nails or just not at all. I have now been going to these ladies for almost two years. I will never use anyone else again. I will concede that Tuems husband (I dont know his name) is not a fave of mine. He goes too fast and is not detail-oriented enough to get away with that. Lily is fast but she is also incredibly fastidious and precise. To summarize I. Love. Them!!!Update: I still go there and would not go anywhere else. I now have added Max as someone else who dies both my S & S mani and my Spa pedi. He is meticulous!! Gives a great massage during the pedi. They have hired an older lady. She is nice but is not meticulous and does not listen to the client all the way. She did a lady sitting next to me and she wanted to try the S&S. When the older lady asked what length she liked her nails she told her sports length. This ladies nails were serious virgin nails since she doesnt go to the salon much. Instead of evening out her nails to a sports length with fakes, she cut them down to the quick. I looked over and was shocked. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO TELL THE TECH TO STOP IF THEY DONT DO WHAT YOU WANT!!! This lady is just interested in getting you in and out, not building up a clientele like the others. Even Max was taken aback. If you have problems growing out your nails the S&S is the way to go. They can use fakes until your nails grow out to the length you want. They are just going to apply tips, but not the powder acrylic that goes along with fake nails. It is $45 and should be filled in or redone at 4-6weeks. There are hundreds of colors to choose from. The colored is built in and does not chip or fade. I just had then done yesterday and if I can upload a pic I will along with a pic each week till I go back. I absolutely LOVE this place!
