I could not be happier with my experience with Bright Services. They called me the morning after I put in my application and brought me into the office to have an interview that same day! They made sure to get to know me and my needs. I was placed at a great job with a great schedule! I would defiantly recommend them to anyone whos looking for work!

They advertise great paying jobs that you apply for then offer less opportunities when you actually talk to them. I was given a “permanent” position and the assignment ended 4 days later. I wasn’t even given a chance. She even advised me on how much of a notice to give and knew I had just quit a full time job for this “great” opportunity. It was a day job Monday thru Friday. Then she tried to place me in an evening/night position to which I didn’t wait for the details. Very friendly till you quit your other job, then could care less about what or how you are treated by them or their client. They apparently never spoke on my behalf to try and resolve the issue. Even scorning me for trying to talk to their HR Department. If you do business with them, make sure they send you an email with complete details about the job BEFORE you take the position and keep that paper trail. Little shady with me. Claimed they sent an email to which I never pushed the issue because I didn’t see this coming. Be for- warned. And they wanted to do everything over the phone, again shady. Last advice, cover yourself. Apparently they have no one over them to whom you can resolve or report the bad behavior, and also be aware that some who work there have also worked for the client for whom they could be sending you to. This client was taking walk-Ins and hired someone the day my assignment ended. Better to go on your own when looking for a better job. Cuts out the middleman who can profit from your lost and their client would not be able to cover the real reason through them.

Their selection of employees was spot on. Definitely above the bar and worth every penny. It has been 10 years and my employee is still working with me. Thank you!

I really enjoyed speaking with the ladies in the Christiansburg office. Shakayla was helpful in getting me started with the process. I 100% recommend using Bright Services. Quick to respond, very professional, and great attitudes in the office!

After driving by and seeing their posted sign of 54 jobs available I decided to pay Bright Services a visit since I just resigned from my trucking job. After two days of completing applications on paper and computer and dealing with, what I felt was repetitive and ridiculous questions on their applications; plus dealing with two women and their patronizing tones I was told that theyll get back to me in about two weeks. What kind of place has 54 positions and gets back to you in two weeks? Ive dealt with two temp agencies before and on day one theyre looking for work for you. Now Bright Services gets no stars for being serviceless.

DeAhzha and Terry have been very helpful in finding a great, solid job for me in Blacksburg. I came from retail work and was able to find a great match in an office setting with higher pay and nice co-workers. I would definitely recommend using their services for job searching.

Not at all helpful. I would see positions that i was more than qualified for,as well as in my pay requests, call the office and get rude remarks. Thank goodness i was able to find jobs on my own.

The staff is very nice, and a real pleasure to work with. I was able to find work through them extremely quickly with a company that has a great reputation.

I posted an ad online to hire an administrative assistant. Since then, Bright Services has bombarded our company in a sad attempt to gain our business. We always have and always will choose our own staff. Your cold calls, showing up at the door unannounced, and sales emails that, by law, should have an unsubscribe button are not appreciated.Stop hassling local businesses. We posted an ad all by ourselves. That isnt an invitation to harass us.

This temp service is the worst I have I ever seen they got me a job a place that didn’t even need more employees it was crazy I started work and two weeks later they call and say we are sorry but the company we got you employed with is downsizing and you will be no longer needed and this is after I quit a pretty good job and I told them that I didn’t want to take a job that I wouldn’t have long and they reassured me that that was not the case and when they called me to tell me they didn’t need me anymore I said ok and what am I supposed to do I have a family I have a wife and kids to take care of and they said well we don’t care about that we just wanted to let you know you no longer have a job and the lady and I hate to say her name but Natasha at the christiansburg Virginia bright services is as low as a person can get she is the one who reassured me that if I took the job everything would be fine and then she is also the one who said she didn’t care about me having to take care of my family that I no longer had a job so please and I have warned you do not try to get a job through these people or there service they will tell you whatever they need to tell you and then they will completely stab you in the back if you don’t listen well good luck and it’s your Owen fault

I had a great experience with Bright Services in Christiansburg. DeAhzha and Leah were so professional and helped me every step of the way with getting placed in the administrative assistant role Im currently in. They made the whole process smooth. I am ever thankful.

They found me a welding job, friendly staff. Only bad part is if you have criminal charges dont waste your time applying here felonys wait 7 years, and serious mistaminors 5. This has been mine and 2 others experience anyway. It may of changed in the last 5 years but 5 years ago thats what they told me the problem was for all of us.

Rude rude rude, I cannt believe how I was treated in this office today. The woman Kelsey had an attitude from the time she heard I was here. I could hear her remarks to the other lady before she came out to to me. When she came to talk to me she talked as if she were better than me. I had came into the office for some stuff related to getting my finance some insurance. Nothing but rude. Im calling corporate office. Im just commenting for the person who may look to find a job here DONT. There is at work, elwood staffing, and a couple other who actually have nice ladies working in there. I wish I could give negative stars!
