I told her FIVE times maybe even more that the iphone could not be turned on because the screen doesn’t work and it glitches and keeps typing in random numbers as the passcode. They kept my phone for an hour and a half. Just to call me and tell me they didn’t have the stuff to fix the screen. When i got it back the phone was locked out for 60 mins. I’m sure you apple users know after so many failed attempts it goes to connect to itunes and then you loose everything. Never again.

I took my iPhone in for a problem with the volume button. The lady who was work says, “We only do hardware issues.” And so I say, “Well the volume button is a hardware issue.” And she replies with “I mean home buttons and stuff.” What a joke.

I went to get my screen replaced after it cracked, but the cost was $380. He offered to discount it by $10, but it was still too expensive. I told him that I had insurance on the device, and it might be better for me to submit a claim. He said theyd charge me $150. And if I let him do it right then, hed knock it down to $300. Which was still twice as much as what he estimated insurance would charge.Insurance replaced my device for $29.I dont know how to review this properly, since he didnt do the service. But Im feeling kind of like he tried to rip me off.

Brought my cracked iphone in to get it replaced; they did it very quickly, but the screen they installed was an inauthentic display... FOR $250. this screen ended up literally popping off of my phone (no damage to the glass) which caused the ribbon in the back to break. I brought it in AGAIN only to be charged $200 for a second FAKE screen, that also ended up popping off.

My phone screen scattered when I dropped it out of my car. I freaked out but after some research I found “I fix” near me. It took 20 minutes to fix it and make my day great again. My phone works like it’s brand new again! Thank you for your service!

I have now been to these guys twice. The first time for a cracked screen, the second time to replace my battery. Great service both times. The job was well done and they only kept my phone for less than an hour in both instances.

Came in with an iPhone 6S cracked screen. I was hoping I could save money by coming here and also not have to ship my phone off to apple. The guy fixed it fast but ruined my phones brightness and front camera. If I take a picture with my front camera it turns out yellow because of the flash. The flash is supposed to be white and now it’s not. My brightness is very low and unless I’m in a dark room it’s hard to see. Even in a pitch black room I can see the how it’s dim when I have It at the highest level it can go. Came in the next day to ask them about it and the guy had no idea what I was Talking about. He wanted to just replace my screen again. He did and it did nothing. He still had no idea what was wrong with it and said to come in when his manager was there in a couple of days. I want my money back and am completely fine if they take their screen back. I dont Recommend coming it’s worth it to spend the extra money with apple. I’m hoping I can Get this problem fixed soon or at least my money back.

Im sure that fixing some iPhones are overly easy to fix and some are just as overly hard.Recently I had to get my iPhone SE fixed. I slammed my car door on it and of course my car door and I did a great job, I thought the phone was done for, to say the least.After getting $150 pricing to fix my phone from 4 or 5 repair shops, iFixt gave me a price of $65.iFixt not only fixed my SE in short order (30min) they also replace the battery at the same time for only $39.My iPhone SE is working great.

Never go to iFixt for repairs! Youll be sorry you ever considered it. My screen broke on my iPhone 6 Plus in April 2016 and iFixt charged me $175 plus tax to repair it, which is well above what Apple charged at the time for such a repair. I couldnt afford to be without it while as I would have been if I sent it off to Apple to be repaired, so I took it to iFixt. They fixed the screen reasonably quickly, but this had its drawbacks. The hastiness of the repair left dust between the front camera and the screen and making it blurry to take pictures with. When I asked the repair man about it, he told me it was normal and didnt offer to clean it. The screen itself was garbage, it lasted less than 10 months before it stopped responding to my touch, so I brought it in. The repair personnel on hand opened it up and told me that the problem I was experiencing was the screen, which was super unhelpful and already blatantly obvious, then put it back on because I wasnt ready to have them install another one. After he did so, it was even worse than before. I wanted iFixt to make it right, so I left my number and asked for a manager to call me as soon as possible. I havent gotten a call back to date, and honestly Im not even sure I would trust a screen from that place again even if they did offer to fix it again. Please dont waste your money on this place and subject yourself to my plight.

AWFUL. service. they replaced my cracked screen, and I have NO issues with the actual phone before, and now I have had to have my screen replaced twice in one week because they didnt replace it right and caused an internal issue and now I have to buy a whole new phone today. This place did more damage than good. 0/10 would recommend. rude workers.

I went in because the aluminum casing to my iPhone 6s was bent after I had dropped it. No parts needed to be replaced, but the top part of the front screen was sticking out. In fust a few minutes the guys here easily bent the case back to as good as new. Screen lays flat and I am extremely satisfied! Thanks guys! 10/10 would recommend.

Nice guys but they really don’t know how to fix iPhones. They use cheap parts that are not compatible with the iPhone. I returned my phone to them at least 3 times and the last time the guy said he doesn’t have the part to the phone after waiting an hour. I can understand why because their work station is a mess.

I had the screen replaced on my iPhone 7 due to cracks. The man said it would take an hour or less. It took more than two hours. After getting home, the screen had a very noticeable yellow tint color to everything. I checked the settings and found all the settings to be correct. I tried emailing the business at the two email addresses given. Both came back as NO ONE FOUND at these addresses. Its after hours so I cant call, but I will soon.

I went here before Thanksgiving to get the camera on my HTC fixed, and they told me that it would be 5-7 days. Two weeks later I called, because I hadnt heard anything, and I was told with the holiday it was delayed, but it was on its way and they would call when it came in, but should be within a couple of days. I called back the following week, and was told that the delivery was lost, but they had ordered another one, and it would be there before Christmas. I called the Thursday before Christmas to get a status, because that was the day it was to be delivered, and they said it was supposed to be delivered to the Harrisonburg location. Then a few days later I was told it hadnt been delivered, it was delayed. I called after the holidays, and got the run around again, and was told that I would get a call from the owner. Im still waiting for the call. I would not recommend this place.

I signed up for their services SEVERAL weeks ago bc they told me they would have to order the parts for a 6th generation iPod Touch. The battery and charging port... They told me they would be in that following Tuesday. Well it’s been SEVERAL Tuesday’s and I haven’t even received a simple phone call.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Took my screen to get fixed broke the front camera which worked when I went in. Went in there 2 times and they never fixed the issue. The place is absolutely horrible and money hungry.

I calledto inquire about having maintenance completed on my playstation4. The gentleman that answered the phone could not understand me (I have no accent). He couldnt understand what I meant by having the thermal plate replaced for the APU of the system. He kept asking about the HDMI port, which I know is common but not what I needed. Finally he said to bring it in and they could repair it. Since he didnt know what I was even talking about Ill just do it myself.

I recommend this place they was cool and good prices. I got a student discount as well

Went to get my phone screen fixed 4 days ago, ever since ive had so many problems i have never had before. My phone will restart on its own and just erase everything, pictures, messages etc.Always freezes and exits out of things when i am on the app..

Repair person is never there. I have been by 3 times. Forth time I called and was told to come in Wednesday, still not there and this person said they dont install batteries. Another 70 mile round trip wasted.

It was a fairly quick experience and the worker was cooperative.

AVOID THIS PLACE...I came in with an iPhone 6 that was fully functional but the screen was cracked...they charged me 120 to fix it but then when I got home i realized the brightness adjustment did not work. I came back and they tried to replace the screen but they noticed that they had damaged my board...they told me to leave the phone and come back in a couple days for a replacement iPhone 6. I came back and they gave me one that seemed to work so i took it home and put my chip in it and the antenna was faulty so it didnt work. I called them the following monday to let them know and the guy i worked with the whole time (justin) said he would have another iPhone 6 for me on wednesday so i call back wednesday and they had no idea what i was talking about. I explained to them and they said they would bring me an iPhone 5 as a replacement...I told them no but then settled for it it...i left them my address and a call back number and i got no calls or no phone. The next day he emails me and says he couldnt find it which is a lie because he obviously never tried or he would have at least called. I told them to bring me the phone today and leave it at my office and they agreed but never did. I asked for a refund and they refused a refund. They still have not mad any attempt at calling me back or anything

Very helpful. Fixed charging port for HTC One M8. They already had the necessary part available. Took around an hour to fix the phone. Only location I found that would fix HTC phones in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area.

Bought a replacement screen and went bad 2 days later due to a LCD bleed. They would not replace it under warranty. Said I had to buy another screen for $80. Such a waste. Terrible customer service.
