Stylist was very friendly. Did a great job on my hair and eye brows! Very clean salon. Made sure everyone had on masks and stayed a safe distance away from each other.

The salon was very clean, the stylist was relatively friendly, and I honestly got the quickest haircut Ive ever had. I left feeling lighter and hopeful only to get home and realize how absolutely choppy the cut actually was. Realized I never saw the stylist check to make sure the sides were the same length.I hate cutting my own hair but I had to just to fix the mess they left me with. Ive never been this dissatisfied with a haircut before.

I have went to so many different places to find someone my seven year old likes and who can cut his hair like he likes. Sherry is wonderful, she takes her time, talks to him, and is just a super nice lady.

I had to wait at least an extra half an hour while they were talking to friends. Then, my simple haircut was rushed and back of my neck wasnt even properly cut. It definitely doesnt worth $21 for this service. I will look for some other local barber shops.

My hair cutter was great. Very professional, friendly, and carried on interesting but not annoying conversation during. Actually the best cut Ive ever had. All of my local places seem more interested in selling peanut butter eggs and trinkets vs cutting hair. So im giving this a 5 star and will drive the 45 minutes from now own. Thanks awesome stylist!

I took my son and myself there today. We signed in with a very nice younger lady at the front. We waited about 10-15 minutes for a stylist to be available. When one was available she walked up and said in a very condescending tone, “does he have a mask?”. I said, “no he does not. He is 2 years old”. She said, “well he needs a mask. It’s corporate policy”. I repeated that he is only 2 and does not wear masks. We politely said bye and left. Now side note: if anyone can advise me on how to keep a mask on a 2 year old I would be more than happy to listen.

I’ve been bringing my grandkids to this Supercuts for a little while now. The stylist very in kindness and professionalism. The Quality of the cut is typically decent, now this alone would be a 3-4 star review, however the receptionist is very snippy and is never at the front. She is the main reason I am writing this review. If you ask her a question it seems to be the end of the world. The prices are higher then other salons in the area and for the unbalanced staff I feel they should be lowered.

First review I’ve even done. Took 3 kids to get haircut and was not good at all. Showed them a picture of what I wanted for one of them they said they can’t do that because his head is not the same and I said okay just cut it shorter and left it uneven . Second kid they did his side line right in the middle of the wrong side and left other side super long . I just paid and left I did add tip because it’s pandemic and businesses are low. But very disappointed 😢 I’ll add a picture of it in pictures. staff was nice but I prefer a good haircut one had short gray hair and other had even shorter brown hair with light brown highlights.

I have been going here for over 3 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The last time I went was a bit frustrating. Every single time Ive gone before, all Ive had to do was tell the stylist what I wanted, answer maybe 1 or 2 quick questions, and bam...they got to work. The stylist I had this last time just didnt seem to connect that way. She just kept asking question after question, sometimes questions that I have no way of knowing the answer to, like How should I fade this up? and Should I use clippers or scissors to blend this?, and then saying stuff to herself like, Well, if I do it this way, it wont look right.... I try to be polite, but Im not the one cutting hair. I know what I want, but I dont know the technical details of how to blend or fade, or what exact instruments to use (I do know the number guards, but when I described what I wanted like I have always done, it didnt seem to make any sense to her). Like I said, Ive been going here for several years and Ive never encountered anything like this before.Ill definitely go back, but I might wait a while, and I definitely wont use this particular stylist again.

I find it strange that they stopped people from making appointments and only allow walk-ins. They have no idea if one of the walk-ins has been in contact with a COVID-positive person. They can ask the screening questions if someone requests an appointment. Otherwise, Ill give it a 5-Star.

Told what I wanted and did not get it. Husbands hair has strands of long hair that shouldve been cut. We will never go back there. I guess they were in to much of a hurry for the pizza they had ordered. I think Walmart hair cuts do better. My husband is 44 and he didnt want a 20 year old boys cut. Its terrible. Not everyone is into the new hairstyle they wear now days.

This place is horrible. My friend went there and wanted a full foil done. Needless to say she paid 95 dollars for them to not even get the roots there is a orange tent and yellow not the blond she wanted and the streaks are not even straight down how in the world do you mess up like that... Get your license again and try to do better!

Quick service. Didnt get the cut i wanted. I had long hair and wanted a medium length cut, hard part on both sides so i could have it swept keft, right or back. I left with a basic bowl cut! I EVEN SHOWED A PIC FOR HER TO BASE OFF OF! AND SHE BARELY LOOKED AT IT. That should have been my warning that KIM cant do anything other than a basic bowl cut. Not going to return my business to them.

This place is great! Even though theyre usually always very busy every person operates with a friendly positive attitude which is very important! The new members of the staff are adapting very well and helping Sherry keep the customers happy and quite satisfied. Keep up the good work!

Prices are a little high, service is good and the stylists I have had over the years have been very nice but this last time I went, this one stylist kept moving her mask down from her face to talk to me, NOT COOL! We can still talk but please keep your mask on at ALL TIMES!! How do I know whether she has been exposed to COVID?? Not professional!! To chatty to pay attention to what she was doing.Doubt if I go back there for a while.

First time I had been there. Was impressed, as they took me right on in, I showed them how I wanted it cut and Victoria cut my hair and beard exactly like I wanted it. She has definitely earned a new customer as I will be going back. I would Highly recommend their services.

Open till 7 on Weekdays, my 6 year old was in and out and for $20 cant beat that.

I went in to get my haircut and requested the person who normally cuts my hair.There were a few people already getting a cut done, but were minutes away from being finished.The person that was supposed to cut my hair, went ahead and took someone in front of me even though I had requested that specific hairstylist.So I was told it would be about 15-20 minutes of a wait time, and it turned out to be 45 minutes with no haircut.I will never recommend this place nor will I ever return to this place. They just lost a lot of business and tips.

Dont get your haircut here. Not trying to sound negative, but they have no idea what theyre doing - one of the ladies cut one sideburn totally different from another, tried to end the haircut, and then when I pointed it out, asked what do you want me to do with it? like it was somehow something I did.Just avoid this place, period.

Friendly and great service!There are many places around to get a cut, but I always come back to this location. They even fixed my home haircut catastrophe last year and did not laugh too much!As someone who hates the bits from a haircut, they always wash my hair after my cut.

I want to start off by saying that I moved to Christiansburg 1 year ago and have exclusively visited Supercuts on a monthly basis to get my hair cut. I mostly had a good experience until today... This evening, I walked into the store and was told, We are closed.. I asked what time they closed and was told 7pm. I looked at my phone to check the time, and it was not yet 7pm. When I confronted the hairdresser about this, she replied with an attitude, Well, in a few minutes. It wasnt like she was closing up shop, as the door was still unlocked and there was still a customer getting their hair cut. I am very offended that an employee in a service industry would treat a potential customer this way! I hope management sees this post and takes corrective action. The hair dresser had bleach blonde short hair. I will never again visit Supercuts because of this poor experience today!

The hair dressers in this establishment are excellent!! Whether you are looking for a stop in and cut, or a long term cut from a particular hair dresser then this is the best Supercuts around.

Far better than the salons that are 2x more expensive in the mall. I came here to get my daughters hair fixed after a very expensive salon butchered it.

If I could give them a zero I would. I went in at 4:15 pm was told that it would be 20 min. I sat and waited. Several people came in at time saying they called in and were taken immediately back. Ok I understand you can call in to check in so I waited. However there were a couple of people that came in that the hairdressers obviously knew as they said hello by name as they walked in the door that went up to the desk asking if they could be fit in they had somewhere to go that were also brought back immediately or as soon as they were done with someone. I waited a little over an hour an a half and as they brought back another person unscheduled that they knew I had enough and walked out. It was bad enough that my last two cuts were a little uneven and now waiting this time. I will never be back.

Friendly, but very slow.There were 2-3 staff sitting on “break” at 5:15pm. There were 5 people waiting to be served.Not a very good way to make money and have people come back by sitting around not serving customers.

Went to get a wash & trim. From the start one of the women were extremely rude to other customers walking in. The same woman gave me my wash & trim. My hair is extremely choppy & uneven. Not to mention, the girls were gossiping very rude things about customers that were sitting in the lobby.
