The owner himself completely wasted my time telling me on 6/10 that he had a garage door for me & could put it in the following week. Called him the following week after not hearing back from him & he told me door was already sold & he was going to auction the next day to see if he could get one. Didn’t hear back from him so left a message for him on 6/17. Called back on 6/18 & was told he had left for the day at noon. Left another message & still haven’t received a call back a whole week later. Called Overhead door & they were here in 2 hours to measure & give quote. Unfortunately I have to wait 8 weeks but I’ll take great customer service over empty promises of getting it sooner any day. Ask for Brad Wright at Overhead! He was amazing!

I’m not a customer; as in I didn’t do business with White City Glass, but I will definitely be in the future and recommending White City Glass to everyone! I was driving down the highway and noticed I had a flat tire so I pulled off the highway and stopped at a gas station. And myself being a young woman not knowing how to change a tire by myself nor having the tools needed I thought I would have to get a tow. And as I was stopped at the gas station two men in a White City Glass van pulled up and asked me if I needed help. Thank goodness for them! I’m so appreciative and thankful that they were able to help me!! There aren’t enough people in this world that are selfless and genuine anymore. Most people wouldn’t do something for someone else they didn’t know just because. Thank you so much for these two men working for White City Glass! They didn’t have to stop and help me, but they did and that should be commended!

They take a real long time to ever get back to you with an estimate. But the workers who come out to help are great.

I called them on October 28th I was told it should be done on the 30th, meanwhile 9 days later and Im still waiting. But he did tell me that hopefully it should be done by the November 9th

Set up to have windows replaced in my home. Never heard from them again. That was 3 months ago. Cant give good review to company that breaks commitments.

Took about 4 months to get window sash repaired

I got referred to White City Glass by Safelite because Safelite wouldnt install my windshield for to a dent in the roof. WCG not only came and fixed it for me but did it the next morning after discussing my situation. I had left for the day and came back, listen to my voicemails and found out it was already done!

I broke the glass shield on my fireplace and had to replace it. White City Glass was very responsive and fast replacing the glass. I appreciated how engaged the people were and because it was Winter they understood it was an immediate problem. Thanks again to Dale and White City Glass.

More than a year ago, our office building had a windows pane get broken somehow. I called WCG to have them check it out. They said, Its older, mirrored, smokey looking glass from the 1980s, and it may be tricky to find a match. I said I understood and that a close match was good enough. The salesman (Ill leave his name out of the review) said he would order the glass and contact me as soon as it was in. MONTHS PASSED. MONTHS. I called, and he said, Its on order, maam. Ill call you when its in. It might take a while because the glass companies like to finish their big orders before they work on smaller, tricky orders like this one. Okay, fair enough. MONTHS PASSED. WINTER PASSED. (Construction season came again, and no word from WSG.) I called at least two more times (after 12 months of waiting), and the salesman was rude and clipped with me. There is NO reason a small pane of glass should take over a year to come in. I called another company in town (Esser). They sent out some techs to measure. The glass pane came in less than a week later -- was a perfect match, even though the original glass was smokey and mirrored -- and it was installed within a couple days. When I called WSG glass to tell them I was going a different route and to cancel my order, the salesman (same guy) did NOT apologize and almost hung up on me. RUDE. Nobody should have to wait over a year for a pane of glass.. What a pain (pun intended).

Friendly staff and my windshield was fixed the next day at my house.
