Love love love curbside pickup. Love the fact that I can shop anytime day or night online and be able to sit in my car with the air conditioner going listening to the radio as they bring out my items. Especially when the store is busy I dont have to deal with customers. Also I love the fact on their app it keeps a list of items I ordered before, so shopping online is even quicker. I just passed the items that I need from my existing list put it in the cart and then go pick it up when my order is ready

Great prices, great store. If you are not familiar with Sams Club its similar to Costco in many ways, including products in large bulk. They have a food court inside with the pizza and hotdog staple, but other options as well.

Love going at 8:00 a.m is fast and love scan and go . Is very easy to use . they have good Quality meats . All their stuff are great. I’m here 2x’s a wk. I truly recommend

Last time I stepped foot inside of a Sams club I was about 12 years old. Now Im a mom of two who runs a business and is extremely busy with the day to days. I went in to get a membership because a past assignment had cupcakes constantly in the office they were so good.In a rush I has the pleasure of signing up with Frank he was amazing and extremely helpful. I told him my husband works for Costco and which is why I never thought to get a membership but those cupcakes I tell you ! Being in the event industry I eat expensive and a huge variety so instead of spending money on dry cupcakes it was worth the membership.Jackie in the bakery was extremely helpful. I asked if they had time to make custom colored ones for me and she kindly did so.I had an amazing experience and will return for future projects and events.Thank you both for a pleasant first experience as an adult. Lol

Quality of items is a mis bag, but their technology plus accepting all major credit cards is awesome.

My favorite shopping place. Disappointed they were out of rotisserie chicken. But I Still spent north of $100😆

2 of the gas lanes had only 1pump working but they only had 2 small orange cones blocking the pump and when your behind large SUVs its impossible too see those small cones from the end of the line. Sams Club should put up better signage higher up so cars at the end of the line can see what lanes have only 1 pump working. I waited 30 minutes in line to pump gas I was stuck, but the lane next to me was going fast.

I love the variety of brands they have. Especially their drinks. Like sodas, juices, beer and wine. Only thing that sucks is their cashiers are so slow. So expect to wait a while.

Store is usually pretty clean the hours that I visit.**best advice - download the app when busy so you can make your purchase on your phone and skip the long checkout line.

Was a good experience found all we needed the help was good l give them a 10 Star and you 5 stars.

You have to be patient for the gas lines,3.95 and 4.15.Next time I will go to food 4 less gas station and pay 4.05 whats 10 cent more,than waiting in line for an hour. When I can just drive up and start putting gas it will take me 7 minutes or 10.

Sams Club was exceptional. Not overly crowded. Clean. Fresh. Social distancing practiced. First time at the Chino location. Everything was easy to find. Will definitely be going back there.

Sams was clean and open. Had a polish sausage dog and drink plus brownie carmel Sundae all for under five dollars. Great cheap lunch.

Everytime I come here the cafe line is ridiculous 😒 either you hire more people or get on the staff to work alittle faster or at the very least have a separate line for people who order ahead and are just starting at their pizza for 45 mins just to pay while its sitting there getting cold and not to mention when you go to the self check out having the people at the door re-scan 90% of your groceries ....

Great place to shop! Im a member of both Costco & Sams Club. I was surprised to see that Sams had things Costco no longer carries. Yay!

I have been coming to this Sams club for 10 years and I am disappointed by where it is now. They have tried to be better then Costco but they have not succeeded. Costco is far more better than Sams Club and the manager here is very rude and does not care for her customers at all. But when I came to Sams club last weekend I was upset over the noticable rat traps near the goods. This place is very disorganized and needs to improve.

Store shelves were full. And enjoyed my checkout with my Samsclub App.

I walked into the store andbthe couple in front of me walked in without a mask. No one said anything to him as they entered. The man walked in about 100ft and started looking at merchandise. I asked the employee I was talking to about the situation to please get the manager and the manager was standing directly next to the gentleman without ask.When I talked to the manager I was told that they didnt want to make him feel uncomfortable. They said that all they could do was offer him a mask. When I told the manager that he was not offered a mask and the other employee said she didnt see him, the manager still still refused to offer the man a mask.After further useless discussion with the manager I decided that Sams Club was going to lose one of us as a customer today. I guess it was me.

My grandmother and I shop here all the time and today when went in to get a rotisserie chicken she was bagging it up from the bags they provide on top of the chicken oven and unfortunately the container popped open and the excess chicken juice started to spill out. We immediately asked for help since the manager Erica was right there and she was very nice about, helped us clean it up and bag it right up. But then as she asked the guy behind the chicken counter for napkins and sanitizer he made a comment about well maybe thats why you shouldnt bag it and she even agreed... both not knowing I was standing right there. This is very unprofessional and rude. If you do not want us to bag the rotisserie chickens then why have the bags right there for the option? Also maybe you guys should try securing your containers more and/or getting more secure containers. Do better Sams Club.

I come here weekly and they have great variety and clothes at affordable and wholesale prices. Sams club is a membership only shoppicg store but if you want to take a look around you tell the person standing at the entrance and they will let you in with a one day pass.

It would have been five but I found that the workers lack knowledge about their own store. They should be more aware of, at leaat, where things are.

Not impressed with the gas department. It said I had inefficient funds so, I went else where and paid more for same gallons of fuel.... You lost out on my money Sams club! Boooo!!!

Came in today to redeem my Groupon membership deal and obtain a physical membership card. The young lady at customer service made it all fast and pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. Store was fully stocked and clean beside me finding a broken and rotten pickle jar that almost cut my hand. The Ontario club is actually closer to me but I think Ill stick with this location.

My boys hate going to the store with me, but they dont mind coming to Sams Club especially when Ms. Peggy is there! She is ALWAYS smiling and enjoys doing fun food crafts with kids. It makes our grocery trip fun and the boys love making fun snacks with Ms. Peggy!

Nice and clean sams club. Wish it was more spacious but it does have a fuel pump station very close by. Parking near the front is difficult to come by unless you park a few rows away from the opening of the store. Next to a Walmart if you dont want to buy all your items in bulk.

I am very disappointed in the optometry department. Theres two employees at the time and no customers. I asked if I could check their displays of glasses and already have the prescription on hand. One of the staff said I have to make an appointment. I insisted that I just need the glasses not an eye exam. Sorry she said you still need an appointment. I walked out and went to costco instead.

Will, the greeter, is our favorite employee Sams has. My family and I love to hear his riddles when we walk in. They always make us laugh and set us in a great mood as we proceed to shop! Lets go! Pump it up!

They are great. The pick up service works like a charm. I have a parent at home and my sister and I need all the help we can get. This helps. I do wish I could add more grocery items to the service, but Ill take what I can get.

There was nothing to clean cart with and sanitize it. I couldnt believe it. It was scarey. I had to get my groceries, so I proceeded with caution. I wished they cared a little more about their customers. I love this store. Everything is always fresh. Ive been a customer for several years. I hope things change when I return.

I like Sams club but tonight it was not good, I purchased a diamond necklace and the clerk who was helping me pulled out an earing box and said, thats all I got. I asked him to check the many drawers and cabinets to verify. He looked at me and said, i can try and then just stared at me. I replied, trying is better than not trying. Then he started shaking his head and sighing like it was an imposition. Really quite rude considering i had just spent a sizeable amount. Is it really to much to expect a certain level of service? I think not

Love coming this Sams club because they always have what I am looking for! I travel 30 minutes from my house. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Prices are going up and variety of products coming down along with quality. Of course you can not expect more from Walmart under a different name

Some employees are nice and others are mean. Don’t work at a place like this if you don’t have any customer service. Store manager Ericka (older blonde lady) is rude. Hope I never have to see/speak to her again. Don’t treat an adult like a child. Good thing I Was taught to respect my elders. 🤬 You (I know you’ll read this) were asking me questions and I answered.Also, she brought the other ladies groceries out first to her. Who wasn’t Waiting there as long as me.

So it’s a pretty good store, BUT there is lady (short, husky) at the exit (she’s always there) where they check your receipt that discriminates races if one is not white. For example, yesterday I was about to hand her my receipt and she ignored me and waited for the white male in back of me and took his receipt. This has only been one of many cases that it has happen to me with the same lady. This is truly sad to know that Sams Club hires individuals like her.

This is my preferred store but I’ll start going to Glendora after today! Got in out during plus hours and get outside my glass bottle of vodka breaks in cart! I call Sam’s, let them know in case they wanna come verify there’s no glass by car. 3 ladies working only one register. Still ok. Why though when I wanna exchange I gotta go get membership card or the card I actually used when all i want is to exchange?I smell like vodka, no nothing from ur store. I didn’t come in blaming or expecting anything but hopefully an exchange.

This is our local Sams Club, and we absolutely enjoy our every visit. Been shopping here for the past 7 years now and have always been helped and assisted when needed. We use the app on our phone to scan and pay, we are in and out rather quickly and effortlessly.
