This is the best dentist office I had visit so far, from the front desk to assistant to Dr. They are all NICE and professional. I took my 5 years old there to do a check up and ask referral to peds specialist. They were able to examine him within short time of period and diagnosis , giving suggestions and referral us to the peds Doctor we asked. Everything within 30 min, and my kids did not cry at all ! I was pretty amazed by the office employees providing such nice services. I decided to transfer my dental care here after one visit.

The WORST dental office in the area. Avoid going here at all cost. TERRIBLE customer service!!! Myra is dishonest, does not return phone calls, and does not do what she says. We were overcharged due to their mistakes and the office agreed to return the money....however, they now refuse to do what they promised. Myra completely invented stories of things that never happened! Obviously, everything is about money....and, not taking care of patients. Please find a different dentist!!!

My family and I have been coming here for 2 years and have had a positive experience overall. The front staff and assistants are all friendly and the dentist and hygienist that I’ve dealt with have been great. Another thing I like is that they don’t have you waiting forever in the waiting room. I highly recommend this dental office.

Stay AWAY! The other day, I was going to give it two stars, just for the 2nd service of being there; however, the weekend passed and I would give it a negative star if that was an option. I have given this place so many chances.FLAG 1: First it started two weeks ago when my 1st son had an appointment. We bring him and they barely even clean his teeth. They do a visual look and sent us on our way. Unfortunately, we did not go back with him because he was getting emotional just being there and I knew he would do better with me sitting next door. I did not know that they didnt clean his teeth until we got home.FLAG 2: Next visit was last week for myself and my 3 year old. The doctor that cleaned my teeth did an amazing job and was very thorough. I started to think this place wasnt so bad after all. The dentist tells me that my tooth needs a crown from a root canal that I had done many years ago. He also mentioned that my insurance should cover it since its not a cosmetic issue, but a necessity. When I get to the front desk - she gives me a printout that states the crown is $950!!!! When I questioned her about why is this so high, she said that my insurance did not cover it and it would be a cash transaction.FLAG 3: Puzzled, I let it go for the moment and then asked about my 3 year old appt. He had a deep cavity that wasnt giving him pain, but should be looked at soon. They stated that they would refer him out to a specialist. I had one in mind that I use for my daughter and gave them the information. Diane stated she was a little busy right now but would send it over later today. THIS NEVER HAPPENED.FLAG 4: I called my insurance company to get a summary of why crowns are $950 and they told me that the insurance company did not bill it correctly. She gave me my pricing that the crowns are from $55 - $250 depending on material. I called Diane back and explained and she stated they only use Lava crown and that is not covered by insurance, I told her that it was if it was billed correctly. She stated she had to check something and never called me back. I called another dentist who would be covered under my insurance and they stated they are aware what a lava crown was and that they are able to do it with my insurance and it would be around the higher amount that the insurance company advised me of.FLAG DONE: Weekend rolls around and I follow up with the specialist to ensure that they received the referral and they told me that they had not. I called over and spoke with Mayra, who stated they will TRY to get it over today. I explained that over the weekend my child started to complain about the tooth and I wanted to be sure the piece of paper got over to the right office in due time. Its the 3rd day for crying out loud. She stated only Diane can do it and she is busySo yes, if you have an HMO dental plan and just need a cleaning, this place might be perfect for you.If you have a child, an issue, and want a professional to handle all of your dental needs, including correct billing....GoSomewhereElse!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Calling as a new patient and Tina I believe her name was put me on hold in a rude manner and has not picked up the call once to give an update. If she knew how to do her job at all she would at least communicate that shes going to be busy for awhile and take my name and phone number and call me back when convenient, or even just tell me to call back later. Way to be professional, over 20 mins on hold with no communication.

We have been going to this office since 1988. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Doctors are professional and always on time. Highly recommend this team!

STAY AWAY! I went to this office for about 30 years. When Dr. Kavorinos owned the practice it was much smaller and managed better. Ever since Dr. Kavorinos sold the practice things have taken a turn for the worse. Their dental hygienist Sandra is great, but beware of what follows. They charged me for things without telling me how much it would cost and performed expensive procedures without even asking me. Some of the people in the front office are rude and unprofessional and they have record keeping problems.Months after I paid for my last visit they kept calling asking me to pay again and threatened to take me to collections even though I have records of paying them! I paid them off on February 22, 2019 so they wouldnt continue harassing me, but yet again they called on June 13, 2019 to threaten that they would take me to collections if I didnt pay. My bank records show a payment to All About Smile cleared on February 22, 2019. They clearly have record keeping problems.They drilled a big hole in my tooth to fill a cavity, I went back 6 months later for a routine checkup and Dr. Nguyen didnt notice the filling had fallen out until I told him that the pain in my tooth from the drilling never completely went away. He said the hole was probably there for 6 months! When Dr Nguyen filled one of my teeth he replaced a perfectly fine tiny silver filling in my last molar that Dr. Kavorinos put in without asking me which means he had to make the hole even bigger, and then charged for that unnecessary filling.They did a flush to remove a blueberry particle stuck in my gum, but they couldnt get it out. They didnt tell me how much the flush would cost either and it ended up being really expensive to just spray some liquid into my gum. The lady who did the flush told me she thought I just bruised my gum, but even if some food was in there it would probably just fall out on its own. Then a dentist came in and said there was nothing in there so there was nothing he could do but that he could refer me to a periodontist for cosmetic work if I didnt like the way my gums look. I wanted to be helpful so on Sep 27, 2018 I called the office to tell them it would be better next time to tell me how much a procedure costs before performing it. I also wanted to let them know they were wrong about my gum because the blueberry particle did fall out on its own. Nobody is perfect and I figured they would like to know, but to my suprise Tina argued with me and said she overheard the Dentist and hygienist saying there was something in there and then she just rudely hung up the phone. She either overheard incorrectly or she was lying. Front office staff need to have better people skills, know how to act professionally, and have accurate record keeping.

Ill start by saying that staff are great! In 2016 I made a payment for $400.00 in advance for a night guard I was told I needed. After making payment I did research on night guards. The reviews were horrible. I then decided it would be a waste of money & contacted the dental office. Dr. Sheida Tadari (Dentist/owner)is now refusing to refund me the $400.00 stating its against the law?! I asked to speak to Dr several times but she refused to come out & speak to me. After stating it was against the law to give me a refund she offered to give me a check for $150.00 but she would keep the remaining $250.00 (not as a credit)! Its my money, why would she keep any of it?!!! This Dr is a fraud!

The entire process of preparation for a crown was not as unpleasant as I feared. Both the dentist and dental assistant were careful, courteous, and answered my questions.
