Staff was great over the phone but went in to the location and was greeted by Wayne, highly condescending.I am extremely disappointed because I currently own 3 businesses and produce television and film, the goal was to shop and work with a local business in an effort to support small businesses in the area. Personally, the worst part for me was when I left the location Wayne laughed at me which further made me extremely disrespected. I later called back to voice why I chose to do business elsewhere and he continued to try and discredit my statements. The goal with this comment is not to hurt this business, but to bring awareness to a situation that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. UPDATE: Wayne is actually the owner, which the secretary initially told me he was not but after further research he is actually the key business principle, which makes this an even more alarming issue.This business is not BBB rated.
