I have had nothing but a negative experience with this company. They have been nothing but rude and made false statements regarding a situation I had with a brand new product I received from them. I’m assuming their false statements were made because they were trying to cover themselves and their poor customer service. The way they treat and ignore their customers is unacceptable. It was a $40 lesson but the lesson was never buy from RPM.

My dad had a nitro sport and converted it to a nitro rustler and used all your guys suspension parts and I have electric rustler so we are going to put his suspension on my rustler and Im going to buy adjustable front body mount and front shock tower and rear shock tower and mount for rear bumper or wheelie bar and gearbox housing and rear mounts and gear cover.RPM FOR THE WIN

Purchased my first RPM product in 1992 as a child after running my RC10T into a curb. When my son did the same with his Slash last year I went straight to the RPM catalog. 25 years later and still the quality I remember.

I have used their products for over 25 years. on everything from an old gold chassis rc10 to a traxxas slash. Back in the day the parts came in an off white color and were easily died to the color of your liking. I have had zero failures from any of their parts, hence the reason i continue to use their products. The latest parts were for my slash, and consisted of transmission housing since i broke the stock a-arm mounts that are part of the housing. Their housing makes the a-arm mounts independent of the tranny housing so they can be easily replaced. I also upgraded my suspension arms since the stock stuff does not hold upt o big air jumps. im just about to order more stuff to repair broken stock parts.
