Got three guppies and two other fishes, one of the guppy died on the way home, one died the day after and the third died two days after. The rest of the fishes are doing well. Ive gotten fish several times from petsmart, but it was the first time I came to the Chino pet smart and the guppies I got all died within three days. I know you can return within 14 days or something but its super depressing to see fishes die one after the other like that.

I like that I was able to get my cat his shots here with ShotVet. The ShotVet is there on some weekends. I suggest to pre-register just to save some time. Its always fun getting to watch all the pets people bring in. Vets suggest to bring your cats in carriers. I conveniently bought one available in stock online and picked up in store.👍🏼😊

Super place for a quick visit to get crickets or animal supplies. Great selection of fish and pet supplies for reptiles, dogs cats etc. Friendly staff and always clean! Great prices too.

I love that if something doesnt work out. If for example the dog doesnt like a new kind of food you can bring it back for credit.

As a fishkeeper, It was disturbing to see how many dead fish were in the tanks. At least 10 were seen. Worst of all was the two female employees literally just chatting and being mindless. You can tell they really dont care for the aquatics department based on their neglect. Looks like they need people with better initiative and consciousness for customer service.

We love Groomer Liz. She does a wonderful job with our nervous pup. Pup comes home neatly trimmed, clean teeth, and super cute--never any nicks or cuts. The set up at this particular store is nice over others, because it has a contained, spacious waiting room separate from the rest of the store, so nervous pups can calm down. This is especially good during Covid-19 times.

I jave been in this store once per day for the last three days. Employees are nice and helpfull. They genuinely want to be a part of the experiance for their clients. The process is clean and efficient. The isles are well labeled and well maintained. And I have never asked a question that went unanswered.

We absolutely love Vanessa our doggies groomer. Her professionalism, kind personality and attention she gives our doggies is amazing.

I want to make sure everyone know how upset at the this store they grooming department and how it runs. The manager let an employee from the grooming department get her way and make me leave that place this morning wasting my time, energy, and made me really upset. I called yesterday to confirm my 4 month old puppy can get his haircut without his rabies since he just turned 4 months.So I show up today and the groomer girl (summer) with attitude, said I cant take him without his rabies.But this was all after I told her I requested a haircut she insisted it was only a puppy trim. But I told her she was looking at the first appointment I had for him because I have my email confirmation saying it was a haircut. Then she changed her tone got rude and said well I am only going yo trim him to get him introduced to it. I told her he already got a trim.With all that said she ran to the manager to tell him she wasnt going to take my puppy. I told her why and she said she didnt feel comfortable with me. Because by this point I was upset she was telling me that she was not going to cut his hair only trim. My dog is very fluffy so he is due for a haircut.So I waited 30 minutes. Got my dog ready woke my 2 girls up 2 and 5 of age just to waste our time because summer wanted to act rude and unprofessional. I would never allow her to touch my dog. I hope management gets better.The supervisor called the grooming manager. The manager said it was ok for them to take beni. But summer wanted to get her way and send me home upset. So she denied beni again. Even though her manager said it was OK. Talk about a millennial snowflake but except summer ran the show. She acted like she was in charge because despite the managers direction she did her thing and refused my puppy a grooming.I hope they fire her. Or reprimand her. That girl does not know how to treat customers. She kept saying its petsmart policy yet the manager said it was ok.That girls karma will come back to her when she least expects it.

Sumer G was my puppy’s groomer she told me I could come at 4:30 pm called at 4:29pm as I’m walking in the store and told me with a nasty attitude that she couldn’t do it. I will be booking elsewhere

I didnt like my experience. We have 2 puppies and bought the vaccines in a pre-paid package with the understanding that we would be service 1st or before the ones who have not paid the vaccine. I personally met a lady yesterday who DID NOT pre-pay and she was helped before me because she went to another line. I told her that our line was for the pre-pay customers. The employees were taking customers from both lines pre-paid and NOT pay. My husband and I waited for almost 2 HOURS to be helped. I will go to a veterinarian next time. It is definitely not worth it.PetSmart advertises something and their employees do something else.

The employees here are nice and respectful. They make very good conversation, not to mention the store itself houses a wide variety of things for pets. This is my to go store for sure.

Sometimes the product is not always available. Cant get prescription dog food. Becouse there is no banfield vets at store. I have my prescription card from Banfield Vets but this store does not carry prescription dog food. This is a real bummer. I have to go to Chino or Milliken or even Haven petsmart. Why is this ?? I think all Pets smart should carry prescription dog food and honor our dog prescription dog food card that we get from the vets at there stores.

Staff was friendly and location was easy to get to. Large store that has everything you could need for your furry and scaly family members.

Grooming service has horrible customer service. Not willing to work with and accommodate dogs with special needs. My dog is big and cries because he has anxiety but they won’t take him on the weekends because it’s their busiest time. No offense for first or last appointment... just a note on the file that says no weekends. Plus they are very pricey and add fees on you. I’m a steady customer and had been going there for grooming, food and fish supplies. It’s not much per year total maybe a couple grand but looks like PetCo is getting my money from now on. Would not recommend if you want to be treated well.

First and last time for curbside, I could have gone in and made my purchase and been home in the time it took and I still had to walk in and ask for my purchase. Terrible service...

Was traveling through and my kittens needed their claws trimmed. They were shredding my skin. Called in and they took them in immediately. They usually dont work on cats on the weekend but made an exception for to the circumstances ( Im an over the road truck driver). The kittens were relaxed and they did a great job! Thank you so much!

Bad customer service. The groomer that I got was nice but the manager or the person in the front has a horrible attitude.

They actually had oranda in stock but not the type I was looking for super hard locating them fish as of lately.

Nice & clean. Welcoming. Usually most items are always on stock. They do curbside pickup, DoorDash delivery (for free), same-day delivery, or pickup in store. Only a few staff members were rude from when coming to pick-up & in the groomers. I had made an Appt for my GSD 3 times because they would always cancel on me. I was 1 minute late & they would not take me in & the girl I spoke to was rude & said “I don’t do large dogs”. I understand w/ the COVID-19 situation but come on having to cancel on me 3 times & tell me to go somewhere else cause there’s other groomers is very rude to say to a customer.

Very rude and unprofessional answer from the manager Rina when we asked her why one item we purchased on line can not be exchanged or get of refund and she said “Because you already touched and it might be infected” when we picked up the items at the curbside, the associate was not wearing gloves nor a mask, website does not say that there is no refunds or exchanges at this time only a sign posted at the entrance of the store which is very convenient for the store since purchases on line had to be paid before going to the store. Petsco service and prices are way better that petsmart

Was very easy to get everything we needed for our new rescue dog. They told me if she tears up her bed within 60 days we can return it for a tougher one. Love that.

Excellent customer service. I had to purchase a dog crate for my dog who has a pinched nerve. The customer service rep assisted me 110% she helped me to choose the right one for me, loaded the crate onto the rolling cart, and then loaded it into my truck.
