Good store, but this time couldnt find what I was looking for.

Havent been inside a Party City in a long time just wanted very nice clean I loved it

My son and I went the day before Halloween. The employees even though they were super busy were friendly and full of smiles as they welcomed every customer who came through the door. They were sold out accessories 4 costumes. Also on accessories make your own costume instead of buying a package costume. But my son was able to get the items he needed so I could make him a Vodoo witch doctor. He had a half mask and my husband was able to put a face mask inside of the skull mask so he was covid complaint. He was able to get 6 lb of candy trick-or-treating during a pandemic. So if you want more selection definitely go in earlier in the month for more choices. So in the photo if my son I purchased the gold hat, the half skull mask, the fingerless bone gloves that glow in the dark, and the make up. Which I did myself. Also this year they gave you make up tutorials on their website. Which was helpful since he had a Halloween party on the 30th. With the tutorial he was able to do his own make up.

Inventory sucks! They had almost nothing didnt know what was coming in on shipment days I ended up ordering from Amazon

Ugh, came here for some last minute wedding balloons and they were out of helium. Thats what I get waiting to the last minute

Our family likes to come here to check out all the fun decor, costumes ,and of course candy. I took one star off because we spotted some halloween makeup for $12 but later found the exact same set for $5 in walmart and Amazon.

I bought my husband a few things for his birthday and placed it in a paint can as a gift basket. Along with a birthday card.

Love the new location! The store is bigger, cleaner and has better parking. I bought $200 worth of goody bag toys/candy/games and it came out to less than $5 for 40 bags! Awesome stuff too! Buying in bulk is definitely worth it!

The manager of this store needs to know that his sales depend mostly on kids looking at the stuff. He approached my 11 year old daughter not knowing I was on the behind row and asked her if she was putting a mask that she had on her hand back, really did he thought she was stilling it or did he doesn’t want anybody messing up his store?? I let the cashier know I didn’t like his approach. I hope he reads these comments.

I walked in on a Sunday evening. This place is very clean and organized by themed sections. The service was good and there was no wait in the checkout line. There is a variety of products, which I personally thought was good. Thank you party city.

Got everything I needed for a bachelorette party at really good prices..

They need to open fridays at the same time they open on Saturdays...at 830am not 930 am. Fridays are a major party prep day. Overall average experience. Signed up for through website to get 15% off, but would have preferred to have flyers in store with coupons so I didnt have to jump through hoops to get a better deal for buying a large amount. Staff attitudes were meh with no smile, but overall fine.

One of the bigger Party City stores ~ my favorite ~ definitely has the best staff and they have toys now too!

Called both party citys in Chino one of which said it had the costume I was looking for to show up and have them say the have no employee by that name. Then to make it even better they cant find the costume they said they had in stock

I called ahead to ask for an item and they claimed to have it. I asked them to check,but they were just so sure. Got there. The worker proceeded to pull out everything related to what I wanted and presented these to me since they didnt have the item I originally wanted after all.

Lousy service and learn to take care of your customers at the line. It doesnt take 4 people to blow up one balloon.

This particular party city runs out of stock quickly on popular items, they usually replinish them with in a few days but can be frustrating on last minute items. I shop her often because its birthday party season in my family right now. the LOL collection goes quickly as well as pj mask.

Horrible customer service at this place, if I could give it 0 stars I would. The girl at the counter started to take my order, I ask for one balloon and one packet of balloons un-inflated but instead she charges me to inflate all of them. The line to refund the difference was so long that I said its not worth it and to just inflate all of them. Now after charging me while in the middle of inflating my 9 balloons she went to go help another customer.The other customer looked at me and looked at her and said I was here after your existing customer, please finish helping them first to which she replied no its our store policy, I must help you first the other customer even tried to say that listen I havent even decided what I want yet so please finish with the other customer first. Long story short, I spent over an hour here just standing around waiting for balloons to be inflated that I didnt even want inflated in the first place.I will never visit this place again.

I was disappointed that I get emails from store but they couldnt find me. Limited party decorations. I need unicorn and mermaid not little mermaid stuff. The workers are all a daze they are somewhere else. You cant anybody to help you. Save your money go elsewhere. ): I also bought candy and after I filled a pinata I tastd the candy it was stale. I will not ever go to chino and grand party city.
