From the phone call to the welcoming till the end!! This is definitely a place that will have me as a regular! I loved socializing with the boss!! Lisa and BEBE!! I got a full set pedi and eyebrow wax!! The hot wax on my feet was bomb and BEBE gave me the best massage ever!!! I got so hooked up I’m definitely coming back!!!

I went to TL Nails because I had a n appointment near by; it was convenient and no wait. Hardly anyone was in there on Monday. At first I thought they did a decent job of dip powder on my nails and regular polish for pedicure. Less than a week, my nails are lifting and snagging and one dipped nail came off. The polish on my toes has chipped and has come off on different toes. Normally a dip power lasts for a good 3 wks, this didn’t last 1 wk. Whatever product they are using doesn’t seem quality or lasting.

I asked for gel nail and a regular pedicure. The guy told me to do the $30 special because it included everything and it was cheaper. I asked him if the gel was included too and he said yes. In the end he ended up charging me $40 because the gel was extra when I had specifically asked him. How was this cheaper than what I wanted originally!?

Horrible place ! Staff is very rude, they get very upset at you for not wanting to get all the extra little stuff they offer ! They laugh at your face talking in their own language .. never going there again and I definitely dnt recommend this place second time it happens you go get your nails done for some relaxing time not to have your day ruined with rude people!!!

Walked in and waited not acknowledged so I picked out a color and sat down, ten minutes later asked what I wanted and was told 30 minute wait, dont mind the wait but they should have told me ten minutes sooner.
