I went in to have my eyebrows done and I ended up getting my roots done as well! I didn’t know they provided that service. I used to go there years ago. Thank you Tanya for making me feel so welcome and taking such good care of me. My hair and eyebrows and lip area area look much better!!!

I have had nails put on in 5yrs. Source very hesitant on about going to get some put on I went into this place and it was amazing I love my nails they dont hurt their beautiful they didnt awesome job and I will be seeing them again in 2 to 3 weeks Ive to keep seeing them before I go back home to Tennessee Highly recommend this place did you a lot more than just nails they do massages facials etc

Loved it, I got a full gel acrylic set and designs $40 and they take cards with a minimum fee. Wendy was amazingly patient with what I wanted and did a fantastic job. I will be going back!

My 1st experience here wasnt so great one of the ladies had to do them twice and I still wasnt that satisfied I decided to go back and give it another shot but honestly customer service wasnt so great it seems like they didnt really want to do pedicures that day wouldnt go there again....

I have been patronizing this nail shop for about 6 months and have not been disappointed thus far. Tony, who does my nails, is always courteous and diligent in providing the service I want. He listens and executes perfectly. Helen, who does my pedicures follows suit. I would definitely reccomend them both at Queens Nails.

This place is close to home. I have been here a few times already and I’m always happy with my nails. Tony is super great and detailed! Helen is sweet and always has a smile on her face! Overall great staff and great service!

Helena is amazing with acrylics. Shes quick and professional. Just show her a style and picture and she gets it done. My favorite nail salon. Tania and the staff make you feel welcomed. Great vibes.

At first it was nice but than. They did no do my nails properly and in crack down the middle went to get it fix they told me it was my fault than had my nail looking like a platypus foot....another time I was like maybe it was a fluke the first time but NO they dont you the proper product and the very next day my nails are chipping and cracking NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK I WILL JUST WAIT

The best nail salon I have been to in a long time! My friend and I showed up without appointments on a Sunday afternoon a couple hours before they closed for mani-pedi’s and they took us right away!! So friendly and did beautiful work. I will definitely go back. Btw not very expensive either!

Horrible job they charge so much and its a horrible job !! Not what I asked for I wanted to get up and leave the whole time and I kept telling the girl how I wanted them and how she should cut them and didnt not listen to me once. Dont get your nails done here !

2 manicures did not last long, 1 regular Mani showed chipped tips in 1 day, powder dip showed chips on the 8th day, over the services were good. Pedicures last very long.

Probably one of the most horrible places I’ve ever been too. When I was getting my nails done with acrylic, the girl kept ripping off skin from my fingers with her tools and made me bleed. When she was done with them I was not satisfied at all. But I paid for my nails and left to not start a scene, however, not even a week later I see that my whole entire acrylic nail was coming off, and not just one of my nails, but like 5 of them. I have never had this happen to me. Later I found out that my friend had gone there and had the same horrible experience. Honestly, never again will I go to that place.

I never leave a review anywhere but Im so sick and tired of these nail places with horrible customer service service getting away with treating their customers bad. By far the ugliest nails Ive ever got done. Uneven and sloppy.

I’ve been to this twice so far and I love it, the owner Tania is so nice & so is the staff, they treat u like first priority, I live all the way in the high desert & work in rancho but I come here to get my nails done not only because the service is great but the shop is always so clean and there’s a large selection of cooor options. Also I love the way my nails are done and shaped, I am very simple but I LOVE getting a nice pedi, and when I come here I do not feel rushed at all, they take their time to give you a luxurious treatment. This is the place a recommend everyone to try.

Horrible I’ve tried to give this salon many chances but this has to stop let me tell you about my experiences , so about a couple of months ago I had got my acrylics done with my friend I asked for coffin nails , this guy totally I sware to you wow no feelings to describe how discusting they looked SO UNEVEN !! I legit almost cried but my nice self said no it’s okay , but then when I paid I said no and I told the lady who owned it she was even mortified , so they redid them I just wanted them off . & also another time with that same guy he took off my acrylics and tore MORE THEN HALF of my pinkey nail off ! I didn’t feel it because he was filling it but when I looked oh gosh I was again mortified , & last but not least about 2 weeks ago I needed my acrylics taken off for graduation and thought let me go to the nearest salon the lady I don’t know her name practically RIPPED MY NAIL OFF OF MY 2 FINGERS. She had just got scissors to cut them and file off the stuff on top of the acrylic nails she filled it way to much.... i didn’t have a nail left I had flesh left . I will never ever refer anyone to this salon or ever dare to step foot in that salon .

Awful service! I decided to get gold sparkly nails but its more like clear with sparkle. My nails are uneven and sharp!! And it cost $23!! The girl burned my friends hand with alcohol too. Although there are some people that try but the girl that did mine was awful!

Terrible service they dont honor the prices they are advertising. Over priced pedicures and asked for a design and they couldnt do it, my sister in-law had a terrible time they placed her with a new guy on his 1st day did not know how to do gel manicure. She asked for it to be removed and they did not want to remove it. She said she did not want it and they want her to do it. And pay for a aervice that she did not get or like! We will definatly not be coming back

Went in and asked for almond shaped nails came out with horrible nails! They do NOT match the shape of my fingers and the acrylic is too thick! And the lady Anna kept cutting my fingers with the dremel.. Worse experience ever!
