Toady was my 1st experience at this place and i think it was one of my worst experiences. Not because of the service in my opinion i think they have ok service but the thing is when i came in there was no long wait and the guy there started to do my nails. He opened a box and got out all the utencils needed for my nails, i didnt know if they were sterilyzed or not. I didnt ask bec. i thought that maybe they sterilize it and than put it back on this box. to my shock at the end when he finished with me he put the utencils back at the same box without sterilyzing them or even cleaning them, and when i asked him do you sterilyze your utencils? he told me yes but im not sure if he undertood me. I hope im wrong cause i dont want to get any disease from this place and im very concerned about other people who visit this place.
