I love this nail place Ive been going there for 10 years they know me by name they know how I like my nails done I go every two weeks to get my nails I went this last Saturday

Staff is very quick to service you. Place is clean and spacious. All the techs do a great job.

I went in for a Pedi/Manicure . The lady who did my Pedi was rude . She finished it in 10 minutes.My feet were still wet n she forced my sandals in. She refused you washed me feet with clean water . This place is horrible. The city inspector should pay them a visit.

They were rude. They had no manners. They had horrible service. I advise you to not go.

The only nail shop Ive been going to for almost 7 years now. Their technicians know what they are doing. I usually get the Gel manicure & pedicure.

I stopped getting my nails done because I was never happy with the result. However, I came to Enjoy Nail & Spa by chance, and wanted to give it a shot. The tech did a great job shaping them to my liking and they have so many diff gel colors to choose from. Especially, they don’t hurt me like others. I love how my nails look right now, it’s still like I just come out of the salon.

Went in for a spa pedicure. Their prices were really good I ended up paying $27 for almost the works (#4). It included calluses removal, a sea salt scrub, hot lotion massage(lotion was NOT hot though), a mask, warm towel wrap and an extra 5 min foot/calve massage. She did such a great job and the massage was on point just the right amount of pressure and she adjusted the water to a comfortable warm. I ended up tipping $5.

I decided to try this place because of the ratings on Google. The only place I go since I discovered it. They were so kind and lovely. I was so happy with the way they work! Its reasonably priced and clean. All in all I had a great experience. I faithfully come here now.

Never have I ever gotten a pedicure where the technician used a nail file. My feet look worse then when I came. I met someone here who was half way through there pedicure when I arrived. I finished first. She didnt put any lotion on my feet either. I had to ask if it was extra. Dont come here.

TIFFANY did my nails on Thursday and by Sunday that my gel manicure was getting bubbles on all the nails. I went back to get them fixed and since tiffany wasnt there MAMA wanted me to pay $29 to fix them because someone else was going to fix them. I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone!

I called and made an appointment at 3:25pm on Monday. They are very sweet people. They were able to help me out with the holographic nails I wanted. Im 100% positive they can fulfill your wildest nail dreams

This place was fabulous. Staff were friendly and skilled. My tiny fingers very difficult to paint but they still did it very good. My gel manicures last more than 3 weeks! I give this place a 5 stars.

Ive been a customer for more than 7 years and a few months back I got infected with fungus on my toenails and fingernails. I mentioned it to one of the employees and they got offended, but I have seen them clean up after a person with fungus with just a towel and put it back on the shelf for the next customer. Since I mentioned that, they have started using plastic bags in the pedicure water machine but the equipment still has yet to be sanitized. As a matter of fact, today I was there and someone with foot fungus sat next to me and I saw the employees working on her feet and when they finished, they just rinsed the equipment and put it back into the plastic bags for the next customer to think it is sanitized. I would recommend going somewhere else because I am definitely not coming back ever again! Staff is very rude!

Love this place. First time visit for me. They did an awesome job on my nails and even painted my 1w yr old daughters nails too. Very nice.

10 minute $30 pedicure. I paid to have my feet soaked in water for 5 minutes then have my toes quickly painted and waited for them to dry for 3 minutes! 2 weeks later I went to Ly’s nails on mountain and had a real pedicure.

Their attention to detail is impeccable. My nails always turn out the way I want them in terms of shape and color. This salon deserves more than 5 stars. . .

Only gave 1 star because no option to give a negative star. Have been going here for years and been ok place for pedicure not nails because they dont last and lift within days. Today the worst experience ever. Have been bringing my father for long time to get pedicure which always been good. But today 6/23/18 as soon as we walk in all the employees start talking in their language. Obviously talking about us. Very rude. We had 3 pedicures total. They pretty much didn’t want to do my father and so were saying they were busy, we said we can wait and then just ignored us. We talked to Nancy the owner and she was pretty much rude as well. Wow been coming here for years spending more money than what we originally would come for because all the employees hustle you to get more services done. Never will my family come here ever again. Which the last time we came in April to bring my daughter and friends for prom they did very poor job. They were rushed and the way they polished their nails was not good at all. Oh and they even hustle you for tip. They only want cash. So after we ended up going to “For Your Nails” in Chino on Riverside Drive. People were very nice and we were treated with respect. The salon is very nice and clean. We will bring our business to “For Your Nails” instead.

Terrible service. Zero communication between employees and bad customer service. Went in to have my nails filled called before and was told to come in. Get there and am told to sit down for a pedicure. Then I ask who is going the fill. They say no one. We are closed can’t yoi come back tomorrow. I said no , that’s why I asked you when i called If you have some one to do it. All the while they are both playing on their phones. So sorry for them not getting my money ANYMORE. Don’t go to this place. These nail places are a dime a dozen. Taking my business elsewhere.

Been coming here for past months already. Friendly staff that actually remembers a returning customer. Cheaper prices than other areas, i do recommend.

I love how they attend to us as soon as we walk in and they are quick and do a great job.

Ok but some of the people working there take naps, pick at there feet, and watch tv. Sometimes they will even sleep when the salon is packed and people r waiting. Sure they do remember and talk to u. But one lady was kinda rude to me and my grandma. My grandma does not speak English so I was there to translate my grandma was consented so asks she was salty. Anther we with someone else the broke three of her nail and had her pay to get false nails in those nails that they broke.

One stop place to pamper yourself. Nails, wax, massage. Love it!

The worst nails place ever!! I just left and the people were rude except for 1 lady. I paid 150 which I never ever have paid that much. My daughter n I got 2 pedicures 1 manicure n a full set acrylic. They kept adding to the price with out telling me. Ill never cheat on my nail spot LOVE NAILS AGAIN. I get way more for way less! They used old dirty nail files on me n my daughter. They didnt clean under the nail bed. The went so fast that one of my nails is falling off when I got home . they didnt clean the bowls out. its dirty and so unorganized... Dont go there Im afraid I might get something. Next time Ill wait. I was to tired from working today that I should if walked but my 10 year old daughter was with me and i didnt want to frighten her. Never again!!!

Worse experience I have ever went through horrible people horrible place !!! Dont recommend this place at all !!!!! I got there on time I told them I want full set pedicure and eyebrow wax I only got eyebrows and pedicure and they refuse to do my nails because they were ready to go home I have never been treated this way in no place customers comes first I was asking for prices because I just move to California from NC and I was in shock with their cheap prices in nc for a pedicure its 25 dollars thats the cheap one but Ill make sure Ill never come back other then they keep screaming at me watch out because they mop the floors like 20 million times if you dont want me to fall and sue you then wait till we leave your shop !

If i could do 0 stars I definitely would!!!Years ago, this place used to be great. But the past 4 times ive came in a span on 3 months, it was terrible service. This last time i went a few days ago, i used the 36$ pedi deal to not pay over 40$. And they ended up charging me 46$. She did the math and added 3 extra dollars there and when i asked what it was for she didnt know how to explain. I assume the manager had to come and say it was extra for the work she did, she burned me with the hot towels and made my toe bleed. Did not leave a tip because service was bogus and i got hurt in the mix. I never leave bad reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous. Please do not come here, 3D Nails in Upland is so so much better and very professional and organized.

It is the first time I visit this place and it is already my new favorite place .. highly recommended .. !!
