Honestly found this place decided to give them a try. My first experience was pleasant. My second not so much, I am an understanding person that sometimes the gel application can not go as smooth. Which was the case for my gel manicure. Had to return the next day to get 3 nails fixed because a bubble had formed and a portion of the gel came off. After getting it fixed again one nail got a bubble and portion of gel came off. Wasn’t able to to get to the salon during the week due to travel for work. Now that I did. I was not asking to get it repaired or re done for free. But honestly the staff was rude. The lady who re did my nail was rough. When I asked how much she returned with attitude. That this time was free but not anymore. Which I wasn’t asking for it to be free I was willing to pay. Regardless I still left a $5 bill on the front counter. But will not return for any further services here.

Gel manicure is okay. Pedicure was poor. I paid 25$ for the upgraded one and my nail polish didn’t last 2 days. It’s all chipped and was poorly painted to begin with. I asked them not to change the shape of my nails bc I like them long and square, and she filed them slightly and made them crooked. I can do a better job myself, I shouldn’t have to leave a nail place and fix my nails.

Usually in the past, I came to Amy’s for toenail cutting and filing. One day, I decided to have my first pedicure. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I was seated in a relaxing massage chair. Each client who comes in for a pedicure or manicure is offered a small bottle of water. You can even watch TV. Amy’s nail salon is very clean. They have a large staff of highly trained manicurists and pedicurists. Everyone is friendly and professional. From now on, I am getting relaxing pedicures with a foot massage. I would recommend Amy’s Nail Salon to anyone. They are often very busy with appointments, but can sometimes accommodate walk-ins.

I am so disappointed. I am in search of finding a regular salon to get my nails done regularly since I recently got engaged and my ring finger needs an acrylic since it was damaged in the door at the age of 2. The first time I went the technician was fantastic. I went for the second time yesterday and the lady applied the tip and the stub part of my finger was clearly showing. I asked her to redo it since my engagement party is this Sunday and EVERYONE will be staring at this finger. She tried telling me the length was the same as my other finger and I explained I needed the stub covered. She then applied the dip which on the sample looked like a perfect blush. It came out completely white. Again, I explained this would not work since my engagement party is on Sunday and EVERYONE will be looking at my hands. She refused to help me and finally got another lady to apply gel over the dip. The other lady did it so fast and sloppy. It looks awful and the gel is peeling right off today! Today, I am in search of finding another salon to FIX my nails for my engagement party and pictures this week. I wanted to give them an opportunity to make it right but after quickly applying a sloppy job of gel that is peeling right off I have to go somewhere that will do a good job. I hate wasting money.

I sat at the chair with my feet in cold water waiting for 15 minutes... Then, the lady got her cart and started using the tools she had in a plastic box. After she was done, she just put her cart to the side and did not remove the dirty nailclips from her cart. I asked her how often they sterilize the tools. She show me some blue bags with clean nailclips and said they use one for each client. She never opened a sterilized blue bag to do my pedicure. I am not coming back.

I have been coming here for years. Very affordable and worth it. Julie gives a great deluxe pedicure love the variety of packets, and always feel great at the end. Also get waxing there as well, never a complaint.

First and last time coming here. I got a pedicure and my Gel polish was super blotchy, nails shaped wrong (had to shape my own since she messed them up and gave me attitude about it) was rushed and just over all not pleased. To top it off was so expensive. Definitely not worth it for the quality of work you get. Maybe I just had bad luck with the tech I got (sorry dont know her name).

I ended up with warts and brittle nails. They rushed me. They cut on my toe nails too short and kept cutting it even after I told them it hurt. They didn’t put it all the way down on my nail to make me come sooner. I went with somebody and they liked it but I didn’t have the best experience.

Very friendly. They took me as a walk in and the services provided were top notch.....I will definitely return.

Everyone go to Christine for your pedicures . They use fresh lemon/lime on your toes. She does such a fabulous jobs. Makes sure you A1 the WHOLE time. Such a sweetheart! If your nail spa dont use lemons on the toes for detox , you need a new one !

Nails looked horrible, the shape was so bad. Manager did not hear my concerns and was going to make me wait to have them fixed!! They charged me for the upgraded pedicure when I want the basic! It’s a no for me.

Ok so first off I want to say that I tried calling them before I posted anything , I didn not want my money back or wanted anything from them just to let them know what happen to my toe . I got my toes done about a month ago. As of yesterday I saw the gel coming off my big toe and notice there was a dark color under the nail polish . Well as you can see they gave me some kind of infection . When I called today and gentleman answered the phone , I politely asked to speak to a manager . He responded with how can I help you in an irritated manner ,I asked him are you the manager . After I asked him that he got mad and impatient and said no manager , we dont have one then I asked if the owner was there . He got mad and just yelled what do you want . At this point I know I am dealing with a person who does not care what I had to say , so if the owner sees this please give me a call back or try to get a hold of me . I dont think you should have someone in the front that cant understand what you are saying and has a short temper . I have been there many times before and never had a problem , but that will be my last

First time here, did not wait they got me in as soon as I walked in. And I loved my nails!

I went here because it had great reviews.I am undecided. My first experience I had a broken nail and needed a fill in removing my broken nail the manicurist made tore my natural nail at the cuticle which hurt and caused me to bleed.Then they applied glue which of course hurts a little. Then came the fake nail so they can place the acrylic on top. I had to push it on because it kept lifting off.Finally the fill was done, I was getting polished and the manicurist left for a few minutes to settle down a coworker that was clearly upset. Another manicurist offer to finish painting my nails but couldnt find the color.Finally my nails were done, they did an okay job on the artwork. I went home and discovered that in their haste to finish me and calm down a coworker I have bumps in my polish on several nails.I may only return if I cant get into my regular manicurist on Riverside.

I have been going to this place for a while now, and I highly recommend Amys nails to everyone.... I have gotten my nails done by different manicurists at this place and they all do a good job..... But, as for the last few months I have been getting my nails done by Mary, she is absolutely wonderful, and she is my number #1 person to go to.... She always listens to my needs and knows exactly what I like. The place is super clean, Amy and her husband (the owners) are very accommodating and super nice, they truly take good care of their customers and make you feel welcome every time, whether you have an appointment or not, also whether or not you are an established customer or a first time customer.... I highly recommend this place to anyone, I think this is my third good review over the last year, I am a very satisfied customer and I wouldnt go anywhere else but Amys.... If you ever want great results go there and ask for my manicurist, Mary!!!!

We have been customers for going on 3 years and love them! They have always been courteous and friendly. They definitely want to give you the best experience possible. The salon is clean and relaxing. No over powering nail product smell. If your looking for a pleasurable experience this is the place!

I usually get gel nails (which Wincheal is one of the best to get them done from), but my nails have been breaking easily lately. I got dip powder nails for the fist time on a suggestion from one of the techs, Mary. She did a great job and didnt mind I was watching the process. She was friendly and really quick too. Cant wait to see if my nails get longer in the next few weeks.

Mary was the lady that did my nails she recommended the dip powder my nails look lovely. Im allergic to gel nails so hopefully this powder dip works for me.Very pleasant atmosphere as well.

LAST TIME!!! This is the last straw for me. I will NEVER AGAIN be back to Amy Nails & Spa. I have been tolerating the bad customer service from Amy and now her husband for a long time. The service has become progressively worse each time and I had been coming here for years. But today was the last time!!! I couldnt believe his rudeness. Now I see why some of my friends stopped coming here due to their bad experiences. I am now one of them!!!

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone-or at least not the woman I had. She barely spoke any English and maintained an attitude the entire time. She was very aggressive with my hands and accidentally cut me, but instead of apologizing she demanded that I stopped moving even though it was her hand that slipped. I gave her a picture to follow and she decided to do her own style and left globs of gel on my nails. I will definitely not be back. One positive about this place is when they give a small bottle of water while being worked on.

Consistent pedicure outcome and prices are very competitive. The shop is on the south side of the multi-tenant building next the Glam Blow out bar. Theres a wine restaurant to the left.

They were open on a Sunday which was a plus. The place was packed but they worked us in quickly. Felt a little rushed but the quality of work was fine. Nice staff.

Walked in, was asked uf I wanted gel or regular manicure. I replied regular. The lady seemed disappointed. She motioned for me to sit and she proceed to the back of the salon where she stayed for a couple of minutes. She came out and to drag a white cart over to another client, where she tended to her needs. All of this while I sat and waited for her. So I took my money and left. I will never return! The rudenist was unbelieveable!

Been coming here regularly for the past year. Nice family owned business. Very accommodating especially if you call ahead and get placed on the schedule vs. Assuming they have availability for walk ins. Quality of work is great and price is very affordable. They use great smelling scrubs for the spa pedi, give each customer a pint bottled water, and a special bday nail design by Amy if you can get her. Its in a well lit facility and doesnt smell strongly of nail products. Friendly workers who dont talk too much with each other in their native language leaving you uncomfortable. Suggest coming on a non busy weekday, as they have happy hour prices for Monday to weds 9:30 to 2pm, significantly discounted mani and pedi $10, $12. Also have frequent buyer program 11th visit free.
