I am so bless that RCM Group had given me an opportunity to join in their internship program. I love how well structured the business is here. There is a dedicated day of the week for each cycle of work to be completed such as posting payment day, encounter day, rejection and denial day and so on. They are so well organized. I highly recommend this place for anybody who is seeking for internship opportunities. In less than 2 months time span that I had been here already 2 interns got hired. Only the best performers gets hire as they want to produce quality work for their clients. The best tip I can give you is to bring a notebook with you everyday to write down important notes and use your time productively. Weather you get hire or not you will walk out of here with real world experience and gain the confidence you need to go into this career path.

After being a stay-at-home mom for over 8 years, I decided to go back to school to begin a new career in healthcare. I found RCM Group on Indeed and did not expect it to be such a welcoming place. Immediately I felt welcomed and knew that I would leave this internship with great knowledge and it have me more confidence in jumping into the workforce. When they decided to hire me I was in shock! Workeing as a volunteer after finishing externship program, the staff is knowledgable and really nice. The vibe here is very relaxed which makes working here a nice change of pace.
