Fantastic customer service. I had to call about a billing question and the company had to reach me for graphics questions. Both interactions were very professional and quick. The turnaround on the products was amazing and the graphics templates allowed me to produce my own banners with no back-and-forth. I’m going to be coming back as I upgrade my trade show gear in the future. Thank you all!

Being a photographer color accuracy and image quality is very important to me. The banners were beautiful - full of rich color and great detail. They arrived on time and better than expected. I would definitely order from BoothPop again.

**UPDATED**Got a $50 courtesy discount after leaving the review.- The responses are fast.- They checked the artwork before printing.- The backdrop is the same as the broken one. I am wondering how long it will last this time.- The print quality is pretty good. Crisp and clear. Its actually even better than the custom mugs we ordered online.- 6-month warranty concerns me but it is what it is.Without the previous issue, I would give BoothPop 4.5 stars.--------It was good while it worked. Ordered the display 9 months ago. Its cracked after the third trade show. Asked the rep and found that they only have 6-month warranty. The only option is to place a new order. No discount or any assistances given.
