Had to look this company up by their return address on a shipping package with tracking that states it was never sent. The address is to a shipping warehouse used by multiple companies. I ordered a product off of a FaceBook ad, months ago. The item arrived disassembled and broken. A pile of junk with directions to solder it together in Chinese. Looks nothing like the photo, which was of a fully assembled product. No contact information. I looked up their phone and it constantly rings busy, as it is apparently the warehouse phone and not the merchants phone. Scam.

My mother with limited mobility due to arthritis can now move back and forth on her office chair without me having to push her closer to her desk. She loves it. We are very pleased with the purchase.

Less than a star. Ordered a dog hair trimmer that was missing parts and never worked because it wouldnt charge. Phone is always busy and there is no information with the product to return. After reading the reviews....which I will do before ordering anything from now on...... I am taking this as a lesson learned money lost purchase. Saw an ad from Aikpro Ltd. on FB, website looks fine, placed an order of folding picnic table set on 5/15, got a package delivered on 8/7, and its not even the picnic table set, it was a really cheap watch. Had contacted seller numerous times, each time the email bounced back, finally got a response on the day they had a tracking number (which was for the watch). Then reached out to them asking for refund because this is not the item, Customer Service offered 40% of the cost to be refunded, or else I can send the item back to China at my own cost, then they will do a full refund. Told them I have collected a group of customers who had the same experience, and ready to take necessary actions, then they refunded me 80% without returning the watch. Just be careful, do not order from the ad on FaceBook!

This shipper likely doesnt have anything to do with the string of scammers who sold the products to us. My scammer was online as SHOPYY or jsmrg.com. These are fake companies. They send you junk so they can try to say they just shipped the wrong product if caught. Go online and report the company or website you purchased from, NOT the shipper. I worked here as a cherry picker and the people here are all Chinese or from somewhere in that origin. I enjoyed it but not too much because they had me picking heavy items. For those who dont know , yes its a warehouse with many different items from many different vendors. The quality of the items were not good , the warehouse is a total mess , and not safe for working conditions. They had a bunch of returns and instead of checking whats wrong with them , theyd load it on a pallet and put it back on the racks so it can be re sold. One time I was getting a pallet down for a co worker and I kid you not there was a roach ! I laughed cause omg I didnt expect to see that ! Then theres food everywhere on the racks by the items and in the machinery but hey I cant do anything. They dont value their costumers.

The Company I bought four earbuds from is Orbittop. The product is defective and language is in Chinese. I tried to contact them by e-mail and either they are very dense or do not understand English. The address that this was shipped from is 13725 Pipeline Ave which apparently is only a Warehouse. Products are from China. If we all post the name of the company we dealt with, we probably will help more people not to get scammed.

I agree with others regarding this company, total scam. I believe it is a warehouse for several companies based in China or somewhere in Asia. I placed an order, part came and was not as pictured, very poor quality. I have been communicating with them through Facebook Messenger, got the old item sold out fast routine for what I did not receive. They offered points on their site to keep, rather than return what I did receive. Again with the points to exchange other item, I refused points and did receive a refund for item not shipped out yet. Waiting to find out about returning other item, I did threaten to file a formal complaint through PayPal, got my refund minutes later for item not shipped. Waiting to see what red tape to go through with returning the unwanted item. To those who cannot seem to connect with a customer service rep regarding your purchases, my advice is to use the respective Facebook page and contact through messenger. Lesson learned, RESEARCH COMPANY PRIOR TO PLACING ORDERS - especially if from a Facebook ad. Good Luck everyone.

Terrible quality from Hong Kong and they refuse to help you if you need to return for a different size, refund, etc. No instructions in the package for returns. They do not answer emails.
