My 7 year-old son was sad. His spider man watch broke 2 days ago. Wrist band pin came off and was lost while playing at school. Watch and band became separated. Arrived here 10 minutes before closing. A gentleman here replaced the pin right away. I was only here for 30 seconds and charged $6......Son was so happy!

Expensive. Charged $7 plus tax to replace 1 pin to hold on band, and they wanted $10 to replace battery in seiko watch.Next lady right next to me was told $15 each to replace battery. We talked a few minutes about the high prices and they walked up to her and told her to take her business somewhere else because we talked about the prices and gave her back her watches.Terrible attitude, High prices.

I Called About Fixing My Golf Watch. The Gentlemen Ask Me To Bring It in And They Can Take Care of it. Long Story Short.No Cant Fix it. Just a Big Waste of My Time. I Explain it Needed a Replacement Battery & What Kind of Watch it Was. Very Disappointing.

I just want to say I went home crying from happiness at how beautifully my wedding ring was restored. My husband and I didnt have a lot of money when we got married so my ring was on the inexpensive side and through years of working, being a mom and almost never taking off my ring, it took a huge toll on it and turned it rusty, orange and dinged. This ring was my most prized possession I owned so I was reluctant on getting it fixed but oh my goodness am I so happy I took it here. In less than half an hour, they not only restored my ring to exactly as I remembered it when I saw it in the store window but they also restored a lot of happiness in me after a really rough year. I will never forget it and highly recommend anyone needing their jewelry or watches fixed to come here.

At first it was a little frustrating to find it but once I called and learned that the shop is situated at the opposite end of the entrance of the complex off the 71frwy side, I calmed down and found that it is close to where I usually shop at the Spectrum Towne Center in Chino CA which is convenient.

This place is awesome. Fixed my fiances ring for such a good price, and the man working there is super polite and nice. Highly recommend them.

Professionals at fixing jewelry. This was my second time visiting Quick Fix Jewelry Repair today and they never fail to impress. First time I came in to get a gold pendant resized to fit onto a larger chain. Today I came in to get a different pendant loop resoldered. Quality work at a good price.

Took my Wifes ring there because the center Stone was loose. When I walked in the employees were friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 30 mins FOR UNDER $75. The ring is very custom and has black antique skulls and accents around the white gold settings and he touched up all the antique parts black again, reshaped the ring round, replaced a small missing Stone and refinished/polished the white gold. The ring looks BRAND NEW! Fast, friendly, affordable, good quality service is hard to find! Ill be bringing all our jewelry in for cleaning and repairs! Thank you.

I arrived less than an hour before closing time and was out in 5 minutes! $8 to get my charm bracelet watch resized, which seems reasonable to me considering the cost of the jewelry pliers I use (which I feared would scratch up the metal) was higher.

I saw the review here and gave it a try. They set my ring for 20 and tax and polished within 10 mins from when I walked in. I would recommend this place to anybody that lives near the area. If you are willing to travel a bit they are worth it. I would be going back for all of my jewelry.

I came into the shop yesterday and had brought in a jeweled ring to be resized, and a necklaces clasp to be fixed. The workers were concerned about the inner engravings of the ring being cut into, however they were able to have it resized without ruining the engraving and it fits perfectly! They did a fantastic job on both the ring and the necklace. They are great professionals that not only care about the satisfactory of the customers but also the state of the jewelry you have them fix, which shows a great deal of professionalism.I recommend anyone who needs their jewelry fixed to go here, they are fantastic workers.

I walked in and in and got a warm greeting. They were very honest about the repair on my watch. Very accommodating. Very friendly. I had my miniature pincher with me who also got a warm welcome. 15 minutes later I was out the door with a repaired watch. Im a happy camper.

Fixed my daughters Tiffany necklace my mother and sister gave her for her 16th birthday and my daughter and I were impressed!! It looked like it was replaced with a brand new one. Their quality of work is impressive. They have fixed my wedding rings and again they looked brand new. Amazing work and they are so sweet and professional.

My daughter needed the band on her new watch resized, so we took it to Jareds in the Shoppes. They were gonna charge us $15, but after 20 minutes, they said they couldnt get the links out. We found this place on Google and stopped in. These guys had the band resized in a matter of 10 minutes and only charged $8! Half the cost and quicker service. Awesome!

Sooooo I walk into the Shop with My Ball Watch Hydrocarbon Engineer Spacemaster X-Lume And I want the Band Changed from the Steel Bracelet to the Rubber, I proceed to show Him the Watch and Band and He says OK.. Then after working for 5mins. You start hearing “ God “ And “ Shoot “ And Huffing And Puffing, And Various Other sounds of annoyance and Frustration, Mind You Ball Watches Have 2 Screw Lugs On Each Side. Well all the Noises only increase and become more frequent.. Then He Stops after 35 mins. And Says “ I Give Up “ As My Watch Lay in Pieces On the Desk in front of him, He Says “ Are the Bands Aftermarket “ I Then Tell Him “ No!! They’re Ball Watch Bands, He says Oh... Then He says He’ll at least put My Steel Band Back On, Sooo after retreating out of the Shop with new scratches and dings in a otherwise beautiful watch, My Band Lugs look like a 5 year old was learning how to screw and use tools with all the wrong sizes of tools!!! I was in such a Big Hurry to Get Out Of that Hack Shop that I didn’t notice the Moron put the Steel Bracelet Back On BACKWARDS!!!! SMH.. Maybe a good place to get Costume Jewelry Worked On or a Swatch Watch or Casio But DO NOT TAKE ANY WATCH OF VALUE HERE!!!! 👎🏼
