What horrible service. Stay away from from these guys, they just look at your pool. 13 years of service has a lot t show for it, when you absolutely no professionalism and zero effort. Excuses excuses excuse are all you get from this service. I was sick, I was this, I was that... This happened.And when you say So I assume your absence is going to be prorated out of the month...? Youll get Oh remember we discussed this. I bill you for 52 weeks, but I only work 43 weeks. I dont ever remember that happening. And I expect 52 weeks of service when I am being billed for 52 weeks.If your looking for a pool service person, go else where. Dont make the same mistake as me, and pick the first one that shows up. I cant recommend another service, because Steve assumed i cancelled his service, after having cashed out the check i paid for the month. Serviced my pool a total of 1 time the ENTIRE month. Horrible. Service. Claims to be doing pools form 13 years old, but I guess he missed the part about running a business. I cant say much about Gary himself, as I am sure he must be a stand up fellow to have run a solid business for 20 years. His son on the other hand Steve, is the worst pool person I have had to deal with, and the ONLY* pool service person to have asked for my credit card information over the phone to make his quickbooks invoicing easier Load of hogwash, they just do that so they can charge you whatever for their HORRIBLE service and total lack of professionalism.ALSO: A note after being ripped by Steve. I contacted the county to cross check if this business has a license, what the number is, and if there current in the contractor license, and i wasnt surprised when they rendered back that they do not have a license. Beware of this company, or at least beware of Steve! Basically. These guys are not able to anything other than add Chlorine, test PH, and use a net to remove sediment from the inside of the pool. They do NOT have a contractor license! They shouldnt be doing or anything other than cleaning. And they have horrible service there.
