I have canceled my membership and yet they still keep charging my card also my wife canceled the class in advance and guess what the charge her for not showing up be careful with this place when cancelling they live to take your money stay away

I have already done the challengeIm actually a little disappointed because I had made payment arrangements with them for the year membership but I lost my job and made 2 of the 3 payments. I was not allowed to work out today because I have an outstanding balance of 279.00. I was even told that I needed to pay it my tomorrow or my membership would be cancelled. Ive already paid $558.00And have a balance of 279 that I can pay on Friday.I was told that it wasnt possible to extended till Friday.Ive enjoyed my time at the camp and am saddened that at the end Im being looked at as just a number.I have given the camp over 1,000Dollars and I am being cancelled over the balance of 279.00

I just completed my second challenge here. The first was the 6 week/ 20lb challenge. I successfully lost 22.9 lbs. the second challenge was the hardbody/ bikini challenge. I lost 5% body fat and an additional 3-4 lbs. The trainers and staff here are exceptional and extremely supportive. Most of them know me by name but all of them at least know my face and Im always greeted by everyone there. The private FB forum is invaluable for anyone needing extra support or clarification. I plan to continue to utilize this support even now that Ive completed my challenges. Since I did complete my challenges/ contract requirements, I will receive my refund check within 2 weeks. Ill post it in the comments once received for any skeptics out there that might think this program a scam. This place is legitimate and the results are REAL. I

I want to write this post to help people who are trying out the camp and needs to make a decision whether to join or not. First, The camp is not a bad place to tone up and lose weight. My problem is that I paid for 2 months of membership fee and wanted to cancel after the 1st week. Read the contract people, beaware that they require a 30 day cancellation notice! So no refund is available! Seriously a ripped off! $200+ for one week of gym membership, never again.

Terrible customer service definitely works but the staff makes appointments and doesnt follow through and the owner Sam doesnt do anything about it . The best thing about this place, is its trainers . Other then that its over rated and over priced .

The best place to train, they have a good team of coaches that keep you moving and motivated. Most importantly, they have strict cleaning standards and safety guidelines to prevent covid.
