Gone downhill within the last 6 months. Only 1 Sink out of 3 in the mens bathroom works. Dont sit on the toilet unless you want to fall on the floor thanks to broken toilet seats. Only 1 hand dryer works. Hand sanitizer and paper towel dispensers always empty. Weight benchs falling apart. Pro. Good location

I like this gym but what’s the deal with the missing snap hooks on the cable machines ? 2 have been missing for months!! People have advised management with no results. It’s a pain having to move hooks from one machine to another. AndHand Drier out in mens bath roomWarm water at the water fountainsI said I like this place but let’s get these snap hooks replaced!!!

This place is open 24 hours which is heaven for a weekend night shift worker like me. It has helped me both physically, mentally and provided me with a better quality of life. Workers and people are nice. Its affordable. Thank you planet fitness in chino for helping me get through this tough chapter in my life!

Great gym went to go check it out and they gave me tour and was very impressed how clean of a gym it is and the staff super friendly. They even let workout with out singing up yet. I would definitely recommend this gym and this location.

I have frequented Planet Fitness plenty of times in the past and it has always been swell until the pandemic. Our accounts froze and I have not been since, and multiple times during the short reopen I have inquired with staff about canceling my membership. I was told to write a letter, come and speak to a manager, or go online. Before I could get a solid answer the place shut down again. I called the billing # and they also told me to talk to the club. So the full reopen happens then they charge me $90.00 for dues of frozen membership as I have constantly been trying to cancel. I wrote to the BBB as I am diligent on my money refunded. If youre planning on getting a membership here, they make sure you cant cancel.

So I havent been to gym in a while due to covid and other gyms having early closing hours. First off they only charge 10 bucks to use this location and 20 for all locations plus extra benifits for the 20 a month membership. Also, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday they are open 24 hours ! So already better then 24 hour fitness which closes at 9 for 40 bucks a month. It is surprisingly roomy and not stuffed with people here at night around 12. The workout stations look clean and maintained. This place is super welcoming and not overwhelming like other gyms. First gym Ive been to where I think its worth every penny.

This facility is not about the customers..They are about the money..It has been a NIGHTMARE SINCE DAY ONE with them, but I was bound to a contract..Please be careful when u sign up and make sure the initial fee to sign up is correct as they discussed with you. Make sure if you sign up to go to different facilities, that facility you want is in their contract. They told me I can go to the one in Los Angeles. I told them the one I want to go to..found out that facility is not on their list. I cancelled right when Covid happened..they would not answer..were not open, and would not reply about my situation, so I cancelled through email because they gave me No choice. They are giving me a hard time about giving me my money back. Please make sure they are not charging your Credit card with a late fee if it is supposed to be coming out of your checking. They were just taking it out of my card instead of going through the checking account..FIRST like they told me when I signed up..This facility will tell you one thing and do another..They finally cancelled me and put the REASON is I moved. That is a lie and the General Manager acts so innocent and tells me that he does not know who cancelled it and put that I moved..I did not move..I have lived in Chino 21 years. I cancelled because I was Unhappy with the SERVICE..and I want that changed on the contract...Very unprofessional..People are already going through enough..they do not need to go through STRESS with Planet Fitness..They are supposed to relax us..NOT STRESS US..If i am not reimbursed..I will take them to court.. I told the GM today..I am waiting on his manager to call me..We will see...They do not call u back.if they do..u have went up there..left a message to get a call..U still may have to make another attempt to get them to call..That is how it was my last incidence...but they will send an email sometimes..I can go on and on...Just BE CAREFUL..I do not want anyone to have to go through this..

Awesome Place to workout at an affordable Price. Polite and Professional Employees. Will be spending a lot of time here.

Having fun only problem I see we need more one-on-one please contact on how to work the machinery work but Im determined to wait, because they need more employees but we all do hour parts by being patient, this planet Fitness is nice clean and everyone is doing their part by cleaning exercise equipment when get on and off thank you

Went and staff did nothing to enforce social distancing or cleanliness. They stayed in the cash wrap area talking about personal lives (yes I listened while waiting on them for papertowels)They said nothing to people who did not have on a mask. Some stations had no papertowels. Way over capacity and had people standing next to me waiting for me to get off the machines. I saw and employee walke pass as he noticed a guy who didnt clean off his machine after use and did nothing.

Clean bathrooms and AC is on and is perfect for a hard workout. Machines are in good working order and clean.

I love this particular Planet Fitness. I tend to go late at night and the guy who runs the front desk is always really sweet and polite. Its nice to see a friendly and familiar face at the gym. The machines are constantly being cleaned and its super spacious. I used to go to the Pomona location, it wasnt bad, but it didnt feel nearly as spacious and clean as this one. They also have far more machines than the Pomona location which allows more options and more chances to use the machine you want.

I love this location! Every single time I come in I feel like Im welcomed! I never feel judged or ignored by staff. Ive gone to the location in Fontana since its near my job but I always have the worse experience there as if Im not good enough for them!. Im glad I have the Planet Fitness near my home.

I had high hopes and expectations for this place. I left Crunch Fitness to come here. I was having a good time working out at this location this past week until today. I went to check in I walked away then called back. The girl ALBA who was very unprofessional told me that there was a billing issue on the account. I was unaware of this being that I was added on under my wife. I told her that I would talk to my wife, she was just in the gym and had recently left. I asked if I could work out, she insisted that I get the issue resolved. She was very loud and kept belittling me in front of other guests. She said that my wife would need to fix it. I called my wife told her what was going on. I told her that they weren’t letting me work out till she fixed the issue. My wife said that she had spoken to ARACELI in regards to our account stating that the information will be updated tomorrow. My wife upset then called the store and spoke to ARACELI. ARACELI rudely with an attitude she claimed there was no notes on my account and she never stopped me from working out. Here we are 20mins later still having to deal with these unprofessional individuals. I asked to speak to a Manager and no one was available. I wanted to speak to Alba but she gave me a cold shoulder and walked away. Honestly I got discouraged to even work out tonight. I haven’t skipped a beat this month but I guess today is the day. At least I worked out my fingers writing this. These girls should seriously be dealt with. Night crew is horrible, morning crew was way better. If I could give negative or Zero stars I would. It really sucks to be treated the way I was treated by these 2 girls, no one deserves to be mistreated or talked down to.

First of all i signed up for 24hr usage to these GYMS. I understand the reduced hrs due to the covid 19 but to close at 9pm on a friday. When cleary it states on the website Open hours 7am to 10pm mon-fri. Went Friday night ready for my workout to find out planet fitness closed at 9pm. Shouldnt theyre hours be a little more extended during Friday and Saturday?Apparently I cant post another review. Today is Monday April 5, 2021 at 12:13 am and still no one has opened the door. The sign with the hours on the door say they open Monday 12am so where are the employees?

I would give this place 0 stars if I had too . Previous manager working there didn’t do his job of canceling my membership the first time so I had to go in again and he did not refunded me that months money . He did say he had to put me on hold before canceling it which I had to go in AGAIN and say I want to cancel it after 4 months . 4 months pass and I get charge again because I forgot to go in and cancel it . I go in when I notice this and the new manager couldn’t refunded me that last months bill because I sign a paper stating I was put on hold which I mean yeah because I was told since I thought that’s what I HAD to do before canceling it . BIG DEAL. Never again

My husband and I workout here every day. The equipment is clean, the staff is friendly, and the variety of equipment is vast. The bathrooms and locker room is always clean.

I went in to sign up at this location 1/3/2020 at 3pm and there was only one person working and there were 3 people ahead of me waiting to sign up I just had knee surgery and I could not stand there to wait to sign up. They need more personnel. Nobody greeted me. No one explained where the line to sign up was, nothing. Customer service is first impression, not impressed

Disappointed!! overall the gym was nice and clean. The customer service is a different story. I went in after work around 5pm its my first time at planet fitness so I asked the guy at the counter if he could give me a tour of the gym.. I was told when I signed up they would do that. he said he couldnt, there was a few girls talking behind him they didnt seem busy. I told him that was fine. found the locker room worked out for 30minutes and left. I was disappointed and upset that he couldnt take 2 minutes to explain where everything was. I went to golds gym and it was so different everyone was helpful and its only 5 bucks more then what Im paying now.I will definitely be canceling my membership.

No commitment fees means no cancellation fees so how do they charge 60 to cancel so stupid and ridiculous and also even if you cancel they will charge you again no gym has ever charged me for everything before never signing up with them again!
