Waste Management is the contracted company for my city. I have excellent service and accommodating customer service from them. I can rely upon WM to pick up my trash on the posted dates and times. WM is also accommodating when there are larger removals necessary.

I ask for a new trash can after the trash truck slams down and cracks the bottoms of the cans. So a couple of weeks go by and they keep saying they’ll change it out and nothing it’s like they could careless! Mean while I got juice from the can leaking down my driveway 😡 I’ve had burtec waste and they seems to be a lot more attentive.

Call number does not accept choices or listen to words, so bot doesnt send you anywhere. Website lists a chat that is available between 8:00am and 8:01 am. What is this. what is going on here

Very dependable and professional.

Our Trash can has been missing for two weeks now. They keep telling us a new one will be delivered on Friday... I guess we should be more specific and ask which Friday.... I bet we see the same weekly charge.

They pick up items when requested and on regular trash days they make sure that all trash is picked up.
