I called got a quote. They sent Adam Taylor to my house. Wow he was quick, professional, Knowledgeable,friendly, clean, very polite. They have my business I will refer them to everyone.

Hedrick saved the day :1- was the only company that had a person that works with company answering the phone2- was very understanding with an emergency situation3- they were professional and came to the house with urgency4- was fast and cleaned up before leaving job

They said they would have my product ready and did not. Then they tried to raise the price on me.

They have been coming out every year for about the last 8 or 10 years I have to fire extinguishers to service. They always do it efficiently and at a very reasonable cost

This is an excellent store for Fire Equipment--Hedrick Fire Gear has fine professional and fast fire extinguisher recharge service! Jenny at the front desk, and Richard from the Fire Extinguisher warehouse quickly helped us get 2 of our fire extinguishers recharged within 10 minutes. Their office is right next to Central Ave. Richard also explained to me the advanatage of one style of extinguisher over another, too...The Hedrick building is a bit tough to see, Hedrick is located in a one story gray building, on Central Avenue, near the railroad tracks in Downtown Chino...
