Rather than simply explain to me why my well behaved 8 year old child was not allowed to stand completely still nearby while I did a live scan, I was told she was not allowed to be unattended. Mind you it was near tornado like winds outside so I asked where would you like me to put my 8 year old? All I was told was “it’s our store policy there is no unattended children allowed in the store”. My daughter stood there, confused and silent as she didn’t understand why she would be a problem. I understand that your policy is for insurance reasons, but your method of delivery and explanation as to why well behaved children are not allowed to stand visibly, quietly and patiently on the other side of a counter while they wait for her mother needs a little work. You make them sound like they are stray dogs.

This postal store is the best! Great friendly service, which is very rare these days!

I have been using their mail box service for 3 years bow and never had a problem. Customer service is great, and all of the employees know what they are doing. I think most complaints comes from people on perception of they believe customer service is, how they believe they should be treated, and how the perceive and interactions. If youre in a rush ir having bad day, then you most likely will have a bad experience. The only thing I dont like is that the place is not open Sundays. And as far as the know unattended children thing... I get it. Even the most well behave kids can lured into touching or grabbing something they are not supposed to, or bumping into someone or something. So, of you really have a problem with leave your kids at home or the car. I take my children with me sometime but mire often I leave them inside the car because Ill k ow they do something even when I tell them not to.Moreover, the PC+ is a good place for mailing services.

Stacey , get over it , if your Daught is 8 Years Old then its not hard for you as a Mother to help her understand , theyre Policy stands for EVERYBODY , Not just you , but you must take it to the extreme !!! you was gonna be in and out she could of stayed at home or in the €ar , you need to learn to Obey and Follow Businesses Policies , doesnt look like theyre the problem , seems like youre the Problem .

If your a parent that has your children with you at the time of going into this store for live scan dont even bother going there. You will be told they cannot provide services to you because of your children. They are very rude. I drove far just to go there because it was recommended never again. Went elsewhere and paid more but at least my children were welcomed. ZERO STARS!

Poor Customer service. If you forget your keys they would give you a lecture on law and none of them have been to law school. Dont spend your money here. There is a UPS store nearby. For those who left positive reviews wait till you have problem like forgetting your keys.

I have been a customer here since I moved to Chino in 2000 (I think they were Mailboxes, etc then) and I imagine I will continue to use their services for as long as theyre in business. Yes, their prices are higher but the convenience of running into the store in mid December, having my gifts boxed securely, then given options for shipping, all in less than 20 minutes is well worth it (if you have ever tried to ship anything from Chinos Post Office at the same time of year, Im sure youd agree).I have used their notary service, the Live Scan, purchased gifts and had keys made... all with excellent customer service. The employees are friendly and helpful and having a familiar face greet me whenever I visit, offers a level of trust and comfort that I look for in local businesses.

Theres a reason why this place is empty. They overcharge. They charge $0.65 for debit card. That store is not kid-friendly. And the associate there is very rude.

First issue they didnt even put the postage I paid for on my package. It got returned to my home. When the issue was brought to there attention, nothing was done. I got 6-day shipping for the price of 2-day.Second Issue, there prices are high. When I asked about it the said we have aguest surcharge (I expect this) she said its about a dollar. Nope its 3 dollars more.Seriously? Charge more for bad product and bad customer service?
