I want you guys to know that I am grateful to have the opportunity to work for Loyalty Business Center. This agency has giving me the opportunity to grow, and they make sure to have all the employees happy. I came to apply and the next day I got hired. They truly seek hard in finding a job for all those who actually want to WORK..!! Very polite, friendly, straight forward, and kind hearted people work there.
This company does not have direct deposit. Weber is pretty much their only account. The Fontana location is in a bad area. They charge you $5.00 for work vest to have for the facility that they send you to if its required instead of just giving you recycled ones. Theyre late with paying you. The lady in the office brings out checks late to where they place you at for work. Friendly ladies in office but the way they run things are unprofessional and horrible. Do not apply for this company l repeat do not!!! Find another agency to work for.

Went to the agency to apply for a forklift job and I was sent out to test and I passed. I started to work that same day as a forklift operator at Weber.. Thank you ladies for the awesome job !!!
This little company is discriminatory against older applicants as well as Caucasian applicants. They wasted my time, I passed all of the application requirments, the drug screen, as well as the forklift test at the potential employer. Was told I had the job and then they call and say NO, sorry your not qualified!! They are discriminating on a persons age as well as their race. DO NOT APPLE HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOUR WHITE AND OVER 40. I am turning them in to the Labor Board, as well as the Better Business Bureau.
Worked Weber logistics and I have to say it was one of the EASIEST warehouses to work at. But a majority of the people working there lack COMMON SENSE! Literally a group of 5 people will come together to do a task that requires one person to do, instead of going to other areas that actually need help. These people are lazy and dont come to work to work hard. They talk, and cant comprehend what team work means. They are the primary reason behind why projects dont get finished. Would actually enjoy the job if they hired hard working people. What’s even more annoying is a majority of people here dont even speak any English so the language barrier makes it harder to communicate and teach these idiots common sense. Vanessa is a lead there and can’t even direct her team properly lol

These people said they had jobs for the weber company ,but had to take a test for forklift in rancho cucamunga(location is at .The weber facility north of ontario mills mall).so i did that...passed(scoreing 80% is passing)brian(operations manager at weber)said i was hired and he(brian) would contact the agency the next day and didnt...now the agency doesnt know whats going on because no one at the weber facility in rancho will answer the phones and now a promise of a job(once passed) no one at the loyalty agency knows nothing about or is trying to come up with answers.dont come here because these people are liars and not about problem resolution between them and their clients.no communication whatsoever.i wasted my time/gas passing the test and STILL no job.these people at this agency wont call you back on their own..so if they tell you that..you probably WONT get a call from any of them.i wasted my time and gas (plus cost of safety equipment that shoulda been provided by this agency)...the whole idea of applying to an agency is to MAKE money...not spend your own and lose it all without being compensated the day they send you out to pass your tests,you do,and you still dont have a job.WORST AGENCY EVER!Tried a second time and these people at this agency fowled up...the agency DOESNT communicate with its clients adequately and guess what...YOURE doing ALL the guesswork as far as why you were sent somewhere...and there ISNT any work where they send you...what makes it worse..is when this agency and ALL the people involved in relaying messages to problem solve amongst each other(at the agency)..they WONT call you back quick to resolve youre issue of why there ISNT any work or answer any calls from you AT ALL!they make you feel like its YOUR fault when its actually theirs..miriam/mirion is the worst as well as the receptionist and their office branch manager that dont know what they are really doing because they themselves are NEW to their job positions...BE WARNED...THEY WILL MESS UP and cant figure out,while scratching their heads..why no one WILL stay at the jobsites due to them(agencies attitude) towards mishandling the talent they try and recruit...i could do better if i had my own agency and someones money invested into it...CRAPTASTIC attitudes and jobs from newbies at this branch..go somewhere else..hell..give mcdonalds a try..at least youll have security there lol!
