Took alittle over a week. Good finish on the screen, but my phone battery is all of a sudden draining way faster now. Im thinking that the guy either replaced an stole my battery or my new screen is the reason my battery is going out fast. Either way it wasnt the same screen I had before and I know that for sure. Now I have to buy a new battery for my phone or even just upgrade.

They fixed 2 tablets fast and great price. I am going to be back for the next fix! Very professional and honest

Took in ipad that they had ordered parts for. Replaced battery for the posted online price.Overall very good experience.Downside was the time I had to wait before they began working on it .

Great service and quality work, I cant say enough good things about these guys. I busted the glass bezel on the rear cameras of my note 8; despite that its tricky to get the back glass off they were able to get it done. They were up front about wear was involved and more than fair with pricing. I will definitely come back should I need repairs in the future.

I thought I was going to need to replace the charging port on my phone and Peter took care of the issue with a simple cleaning. He didn’t even charge me. Super cool guy!

My iPhone 6 screen had been cracked for over 2 months and I just couldnt take it anymore. So I finally decided to have it fixed and I am so glad I did. Eddie was amazing. The technician who fixed my phone was fast and very friendly. Also, the price was way lower than other companies who had quoted me over $180 to fix my cracked screen. I only paid $103 today. And! And, they gave me a free bumper case for my phone! Now that is great customer service! 😄

Just an honest review here of the quality of screen repairs and customer service at this shop. Screen lasted 3 days before it cracked. My wife and I have had phones for years and never cracked a screen before but it happened and we went here to get a replacement screen put on. We picked this place because of the reviews but now I question the validity of the reviews here. Not only did it crack the new screen but the actual phone now is cracked. Not to mention we paid for the high quality screen they offer. Save your money and go elsewhere, the after purchase service is nonexistent.

How can this place have less than 5 stars! I drive for Uber and Lyft and my phone=money. AT&T only offered me a new phone when my phone screen popped off. I couldnt even get in for an Apple Store appointment any time soon because of their lack of helpfulness. But HERE, drop off, grab a Starbucks a block away, sit in nice waiting room, talk to awesome fellow customer, boom, done. New battery, good as new! So good I knew I had to tip and give a 5 star! Just like the service I provide, top notch and a life saver. Dont agonize over what to do with your device, bring it here then go home happy.

Called before I went in, was told they would take 45 mins for repair to make my way one person ahead of me I immediately made my way in. I arrived was told to leave my phone for an hour and half... there were more people ahead of me. I expressed that I wasn’t aware that I had to leave my phone, the smart a$$ remarks that followed is what made me walk out the door including the scoffs as I walked downstairs totally unprofessional! I ended up going some where else and paid more but that’s ok im glad I didn’t invest here. UPDATE: and as you can see below the unprofessionalism continues.. and has the need to justify his terrible behavior I dont recommend this business at all.

I have had 4 iPhones, 4s, 6+ 6s+ xs 2. Any time I personally need help with my iPhones or need a case or screen protector, or even when my friends or family need a repair, Eddie and his crew are always there available and eager to help. I have yet to have an issue with their service or products. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products they use and sell, if they are unsure they will look into it and get back to you, now how how many business owners do you know that will do that?I refer all my friends and family to the shop and I recommend any of you reading this do the same.
