Great place to take BLS/ACLS courses that are offered at mutiple locations (primarily at hospitals). I have taken ACLS through Flex-Ed twice and BLS for the third time today with Vic, an AMAZING INSTRUCTOR. Vic is very knowledgeable and has a very effective teaching style. I highly recommend Flex-Ed and especially instructor Vic. 👍

I have been here multiple times for different classes. All the instructors have been knowledgeable and professional. Due to COVID-19 the classes are smaller, so sign up ahead of time!

Every two years I have to take a course in managing assaultive behavior to maintain employment. I was nervous going to this 8 hr training at Parkside Hospital yesterday because a co-worker shared his experience just a week ago. He and 17 other people had a day long “Violence Prevention and De-escalation” training. He said, “eventually all 17 people removed their face covering” but he maintained his. The same thing happened to me at my Violence Prevention training class. The instructor had what looked-like a disposable mask he consistently wore on his chin. He closed the door in the conference room while three other participants wore their masks on their necks. Later there were 5 people in the room without any appropriate face covering including the instructor, although the mandatory public health order to wear a mask has been in place for over a week due to the record number of covid cases.I contacted the company “Flex-Ed” and spoke to Jodi and also contacted my director and HR. They all have been receptive and supportive of my concern that the State ordered face covering is mandatory in all public areas and that this instructor isn’t following company policy. I was assured this will be addressed and resolved quickly. I also sent pics as proof. I was given a 2 month extension by HR. Sadly, I don’t think anything will change.I think what shocks me the most are healthcare professionals who have treated this pandemic like it’s a bad cold or that it’s being overblown or that it’s a hoax. I have a bad feeling that it might be too late to lower the infections and death rates.

The class I took here was the basic cardiac Dysrhythmia class it was the 4 most stressful weeks i went through but the instructor was a great he was funny made the class interesting and fun to learn. I really recommend this place for this class everyone that works here are great and very helpful and friendly 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

FlexEd is a gr8 place to cert, re-cert. Or take any course provide for ur employer needs. Pay them a visit on line and take ur course.

I highly recommend both Dr. Augusto Teodoro and Ms. Guadalupe Rodriguez for their ACLS and BLS courses. Dr. Teodoro is a foreign trained ER physician and Ms. Guadalupe is an RN, and both had great clinical and academic background to draw examples from. Dr. Teodoro was also quite funny, and Ms. Guadalupe had a very systematic approach and I liked both of their teaching styles. Im glad I took these courses and will continue with Flex-ed for certification maintenance.

The class room is clean ,bright ,adjustable room temp. they provide you coffee if not there is a vending machine. Instructors are knowledgeable and skill full.What i dont like about it, when they charge you for a course, if you dont pay attention for the amount you suppose to pay ,they over charge you. After i complete my course i find out that they over charged me even if i call and leave a mesage x2 to Mr. Erwin, he doesnt bother to return my call. Dont assume that you will get the discount just by showing ur company. ID.

The staff and instructors from Flex Ed are entertaining and thoughtful. I have appreciated every course.
