I had a better experience. While I was late 2 pik up the load, the ladies n the office were professional and everything was ready. There is a sign at the dock doors that says shipping/receiving but u get to walk to the glass doors n front. Plus the yard is small as demonstrated by the bashed in chain link fence.

It took 9 days for my 1 pallet shipment to be picked up. I wonder how long will it take to be delivered. When I called 5 days ago, it was getting picked up the same day. So beware, if you do not push them they dont handle the job properly and I am 30 mins away from their hub so no excuse.

I took a day off work to go to interview. Such a waste of time. They nvr explained 90% is forklift exp only. They should update their job duties to include this pertinent information. I nvr would have applied or missed a day of work if I knew the correct job description.

Terrible service they lost my 450 pounds of material. vanished to thin air . the big rig driver they sent basically never returned the product back to the where house. im sure he just took it and went on ahead to his next pick up and said screw this.i dont blame the driver because they did not even tell the driver or called us before to even ask us if we had forklifts or if a big rig could fit in our parking lot. a simple dial of a phone number would have been perfect but they dont make calls or even emails.i asked for will call for my drivers to pickup and its been a week now and not a single phone call or email updating me. emails and calls started when i called executives to help out with this nightmare caused by lazy workers and awful management.

When checking in to this place, stop out on the street before pulling into dock area, otherwise you’ll have to walk clear around the building to front glass doors to check in. Also there is no room to make a u-turn if you’re dropping an empty on the right hand side and want to do a drivers side back. I backed into an empty dock to turn around.

Nice people ..staff was wearing mask and very helpful they also had a nice Christmas 🎄 🙂

Do yourself, your customer and your company a favor, keep looking for some other truck company to move your freight.

This place has bad rateings for a REASON.. treats all canidates poorly as though they were lepers.. payrates are low too.. thanks to ALL the office personel being VERY unatentive .. core values they abide by mean NOTHING if not applied to all..to ANY and all who visit.. this place IS bad and has rateings to reflect that

Totally unprofessional and rude. Sat on a order I placed for 2 weeks called today and said they tried calling me “several” times which is a lie.

Had a preloaded trailer to pick up.. went to the door with the shipping sign to check in, he got me to walk around the building and go to the entrance by the road. Had my paperwork within a couple of minutes.

Poor driver services tell you loads ready just to get your empty then make you park in the street where its marked no parking....all about their money
