Nobody likes to plan or attend a funeral but I was very pleased with my experience at Funeraria del Angel Chino for my fathers services. Everyone there was so kind and patient. Christopher Guzman is an angel and I really appreciated his patience with me while going through this process.

Beautiful service, but the physical location was dated. Entry and exit were easily crowded, room needed refresh with caulking, moulding and paint. Audio visual system needs update. Host was not present to stop PowerPoint presentation on time.

I worked with Susana throughout the entire process of making arrangements for my fathers service. I had no clue where to start and not only did she help me figure it all out, she did it with such patience and in a comforting nature. She even answered her phone at 2:30 a.m. the night he passed to speak with me. She really helped me get thru this. Thank you Susana..Also during the service (I cant remember his name), but the man from the funeral home that helped during my dads viewing was very helpful and nice. He made sure everyone was comfortable during the service.I understand that this is there profession and they should be nice especially when people are mourning. But the experience they give you is not like its their job. You can tell they truly care. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again, although I hope I dont have to.Thank you Funeraria del Angel for treating my dad with dignity and giving the people who loved him, our last moments with him peaceful and lovingly.~ Valdez family ~

They are very thoughtful and extremely helpful during this horrific time of our loved ones passing. Everything is handled from the services, photos, cremation... Etc. All the way to the flowers being ordered and displayed. Suzanna is an amazing, hardworking, caring person that made sure everything was handled so we could relax and mourn. A couple weeks ago we had a death in our family not knowing where to start I contacted Funeraria Del Angel Chino that a friend referred to me. This was the BEST referral ever Rosa answer all my questions and help me through this difficult process. All the staff are really professional I would call daily and if Rosa was not available the staff will take care of me. If I could give more stars I would the service was excellent. Rude people..I called and the guys voice was garbled so I asked him to repeat what he said.and he was very sarcastic and talked like I dont speak English. Then put me on hold and never picked up again.Good thing he was on speaker phone..the whole family heard how rude he was,we almost switched to Tods

Funeraria del Ángel went above and beyond with assisting us in our time of grief. We appreciated the attention to details and the kind hearted staff who assisted us.

I would not give them a single star, because they were very irresponsible, they accept funerals of people who failed due to covid with the box open and who touch the body no matter who is more infected, definitely bad and I will report them to saw for being this goes totally against the sanitation rules

We recently had the pleasure of working with Funeraria del Angel in Chino, CA for arrangements for my father. From the gentlemen that came into our home to take my father(he was on hospice)to the gentlemen who helped with at the mortuary the day of dads services, every single person was kind and compassionate. I dealt with Susanna the mgr at the mortuary. She made sure to follow up with us constantly. We had a mishap at the cemetery and Susanna was on it immediately. As unfortunate as it sounds, we will definitely use Funeraria del Angel again.

We have used the services of Funeraria del Angel in the past and they have always given us exceptional service. This time in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic the staff was exceptionally excellent from the gentlemen that came to the house to to pick up my Dads remains to the gentleman that helped and drove the hearse to the Cemetery. I would like to personally thank Rose because she held my hand through this difficult time since we couldnt have all of the regular services she called often and gently but firmly guided us while being mindful of the Covid restrictions, without her we would have been lost during this difficult time.

My Fathers services were held here about 3 weeks ago. They arranged all the viewing times, mass, burial. The staff was very kind and compassionate. I interacted with Rose mostly and she was very kind and attentive to the family needs. She genuinely cares about the comfort of the grieving family.Thanks to all the staff of Del Angel Mortuary during this time of need.

De Angel funeral home has helped me and my family arrange my fathers funeral services. His services turned out very beautiful. The funeral arranger Rose was so helpful and a pleasure to work with during this difficult time. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. Sonia did an amazing job on my fathers flowers and arrangements.During these difficult times , its not easy making these kind of arrangements for a loved one but working with Rosie really helped us through this process. I was very pleased with my father services.

Susana did an outstanding job at making this process easier for us. We can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond with all the personal touches and extra care she gave for our beloved Joseph. We were completely devastated and broken hearted losing Joe such a young beautiful soul full of life, and the one thing that comforted and gave us peace of mind is knowing Susana along with Del Ángel staff took good care of our loved one and because of that he got such a beautiful farewell. I had a recent family loss due to a violent crime and Alfredo, Rosy and Susanna were extremely helpful in resolving the burial of my father. Also in helping me process paperwork making this difficult time flow fluidly without any issues.

Funeraria Del Angel handled my mothers viewing and services in a very caring and diligent manner. Both sympathetically and in business preparation. I personally would like to recommend their employee Liz Tapia who helped us in getting items organized with her great and helpful suggestions. I called today and Rose answered the phone. I explained my needs and she hung up on me. I thought maybe the call was dropped so I called back and went directly to voicemail. I waited a few minutes and then called again. I heard someone answer the phone and then hang up on me. So thanks, Rose, for making an already hard process even worse! You need to find a different job if you cant find compassion for those who have just lost someone.

This place was absolutely awful!!! Disgusting! We didnt pick the place, some of our family did for a family members service. Air conditioning didnt work which was bad for a ton of people. Place was unclean, bathroom was tiny with uneven flooring and it was stained, weeds were coming out of the ceiling, not one plant in the front, all dirt, place was very dirty, staff was rude. They didnt tell us there was no alcohol allowed, and then the staff was angry and told a few of the guests to not drink. If you dont allow alcohol you need to tell customers ahead of time when they rent the place, or at least go talk to the people that hosted the party instead of going around barking at the guests. At the gravesite service, they brought a tiny tent that fit like 5 people so all of the guests were baking in the sun which was really brutal because it was very hot day. They do this for a living, they know better. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The people that run this place should be ashamed of themselves. That isnt respectful to the dead or to family members.

The best service I could have for my fathers funeral was somewhat difficult for me but I found a friendly treatment with the staff Alfredo always very attentive thanks to the supervisor Susana for the support .a Rosie for her kindness at the time of my fathers service all God was perfect bless you, just one of you
