Based on the way this silver sedan drives I would not recommend their services or even consider them for any cleaning.

$258 for 2 people cleaning the house in 3.5 hours. $33 per hour.They had given $150 estimate to do the jobpreviously. ( Almost %70 discrepancy)Two ladies showed up and took first 2.5 hours to clean downstairs,1/2 bathroom.(no shower)Kitchen oven (not excessively dirty).Kitchen fridge ( not excessively dirty).180 sq ft tile floor living room.(sweep and mop).Then they said, they need 1.25 hour to cleanUpstairs,1 master bedroom with dusty wooden blinds1 bedroom with dusty wooden blinds1 master bathroom and shower1 bathroom and showerStairsHallwayI think as nice as they were, two cleaning women worked really slowly. Their work lacked productivity and jacked up the cleaning fee unfairly.What you should do;1- Have them check out your place beforehand to get the most accurate estimate to avoid surprises at the end.2- Make your deal for the completion of the job for the agreed fee. We dont know how long it will take before we start may not be the right approach.3- Do a walk through after the job is done.( Kitchen wall behind the trash was visibly filthy, the back wall where the bar stools were filthy, the back wall around the fridge light had left uncleaned with a previously spilled ketchup stain)4- If you have time, stay with the cleaning people so that they wouldnt be focusing on their chit chatting for $33 hour per person .During the walk through one of the ladies kept saying we work hourly meaning you will pay us extra for giving us the opportunity to correct our mistake. Walk through and cleaning those surfaces took 10 min after all.Unfortunately this wasnt a good experience for us.

I recently had a move out cleaning that had to be done and Jamies was fast and efficient. They came with a team of 3 to get the job done in a few hours, and didnt have any issues. If I need a cleaning team again, I will be sure to call them.

If you want a company that cares about your home as much as you do, then Jamies is the solution for you. The owner of the company is a great guy, whos got a great sense of humor and treats his employees right. And when they came to take care of my office, they did a great job to boot. Overall, I am glad I found Jamies.
