Check in system was convenient, but after checking in, long time waiting…they said the waiting time is 1-1.5 hours. There were only 4 chairs at waiting area. A lot of elders needed to stand outside and wait. After over 1 hour waiting,even though I got a text said my name will be called shortly…it was another 50 minutes wait.That’s insane. Staff at front desk not friendly AT ALL! it’s better to call them to see the waiting time if you decide to come here…

I am pleased to share with you how amazed I am eith how Chino LabCorp managed a long line of patients for Lab test today, Oct 1,2021. Most especially to Martha, who informed everyone how much waiting time we needed to have to be seen by the Med Techs or Phlebotomist. But surprisingly, the waiting time was fast and efficiently done to all of us. Likewise, i would highly commend Ms Janet for the quick no pain blood extraction she did to me. Mesdames Martha, Janet and the lady at the front desk were all so accommodating and professional in managing everyone at the clinic

Amazing service at this location. I don’t do well with blood and Suzy, my nurse, was incredibly caring and helpful. I highly recommend this location! It’s easier if you make an appointment instead of waiting in line like I did :)

Martha was amazing. Normally they can never find my veins. She came in and immediately found my veins. Had to do the glucose test and give blood an hour later. She was able to find the veins on my other arm immediately. She was very professional and did it very quick! Go Martha !

Do not use this place, they take an insane amount of time and their check-in system is completely asinine. You have to wait in line to use completely empty check-in machines after someone checks you in.I will never again use a doctor who uses LabCorp. I will ask them if they do, and if they say yes I will say I cannot use you that is a terrible Lab company they are a waste of my time and your time.P.S. this is not the first time weve had a problem with them, we tried to do this years ago and they took just as long and were just as terrible. My wife and I were thankful that we would never use them again but now we have a doctor who specifically uses them.Also the only available appointments were mid September when we tried to make them on July 30th.If I could give this place a zero star I would.

They are rude and liars..the office manager that I spoke to Natalee Rodriguez was a little nasty to untill I told her the remark her front office worker made to me. I told the girl..(after she said they were closed for lunch) she said you have to come back in an hour I said are you sure. She said yes I said so I have to waite another her. Till I can eat I came fasting..she said well were hungry too very sarcastically. I told the manager I was .ore upset at her comment then not getting my blood work done. I went elsewhere

The dirtiest most unprofessional place I have ever been to. This business place should not be open till they have at least cleaned up the 1 inch of dust in there. Very rude staff

I am not sure why there are so many Karens complaining about this facility. Today was my first time here and my experience was excellent. I did have an appointment, that might make a difference. I was even seen earlier than my appointment time, as soon as I got there I checked in on my phone. I was texted within a minute saying they were ready for me. I went inside and there was nobody inside. I was taken right back to have my blood drawn. The whole visit was maybe 10 minutes, I dont even think it was that long. Also, the girl that helped me at the front desk is the same girl who drew my blood and she was very professional and sweet. Some people like to complain, so dont believe everything you read.

Linette was awesome I was in and out fast she is a very good worker and great personality. And it shows she loves her job.

Went in today with a 7:30am appointment. Was in the car on the way home by 7:50am. The check in by text from the car option worked better then I thought it would. Techs seem professional and efficient. There was quite a line tho for people without appointments and unfortunately it seems like recently they have started closing at 2:30pm and are no longer open on saturdays

Not the ideal place to spend part of an afternoon (I doubt Hey, I think Ill go pee in a cup today, that sounds fun is something said very often) but the staff is very professional and polite. Wait wasnt even that bad. If I ever decided that I DID like getting my fluids tested, I would do it here.

Came here a couple days ago to get blood work done my doctor wasn’t very clear about the types of blood work I needed but I called this place and spoke to Janet she was very kind and patient with me and assisted me with every question I had, made it all easier for me even got me an appointment so I can take care of my paper work for school 10/10 very nice

I was a walk in patient this morning. The staff was great especially Martha she was a sweetheart.

The workers are very rude and have an attitude problem. They are very impatient and have no sympathy for others. I get they are stressed out with how busy they are but that is no excuse for how they should treat others. Whether we are patients or not humans should treat humans equally. The youngest girl worker had the most attitude. She was probably mad that she did not have any eyebrows. She was very disrespectful to me and I am a very patient person so it takes a lot for me to be ticked off by someone. It is not about having customer service but this place, morally the workers are not nice. Go somewhere else to get your lab work done. This place is way too evil.

Today 10/19/2020 the Fontana office closed so everyone had to come here to the chino office,but they didnt send any extra staff so the ladys were short staffed everyone was frustrated and upset but the ladys here were on top of it and very helpful and understanding and had everything going fast as possible even with everyone telling them off. They took good care of me and my baby. We were out within an hour.

So many reasons never to come here. Long lines? Check. Overbooked? Check. Dirty? Uh-huh. Rude, confused staff? You bet.

Made me wait over an hour for a drug test. I drank so much water previously. Even when I was told there were two people ahead of me

The wait is not fun and long BUT the customer service we received from Josh was absolutely amazing! My son is 3 1/2 years old and needed labs he was amazing and set his mind at ease and found his vein the first time and it took a total of 30 seconds! Hands down awesome!!

Rude and unprofessional. They make thier own schedule and argue even when you show them proof. Save your time and go elsewhere

One receptionist was very nice, but there was another who would not give me her name that was extremely rude and turned my mother away. When your mom comes out of an office, so upset and shaking all you want to do is react. It would not have been a good reaction and my mom wanted to just leave. For yourself and your loved ones, do not go here if you dont have to during such a time when America is supposed to be pulling together. So much for honoring those on the front lines when you get a medical staff worker like her. This is just a warning to those that need to utilize the facility, to beware and/or have another person accompany you during your visit to the Chino, California LabCorp. As an HR professional that is acutely aware of the companies capabilities and services for our employee onboarding, the audacity of the employee appauls me.

The waiting room sits 16. The waiting room was full, their were 15 people standing inside and 10 standing outside. Besides the under staffing of this facility, the parking lot is also inadequate for the shopping centers traffic. Despite this, the staff are very cordial.

Lets face it, no one likes having lab work done, but if you have to go, this place is as good as any. There is usually a wait and some times the waiting room becomes a standing room only situation. The front office staff are friendly, always efficient and bilingual. The lab techs are always friendly and extremely proficient.

They have a kiosk check in procedure that left me hanging and anxious, then, I watched a poor fellowwho had obviously just been subjected to the same disconcerting message at the end of his check in as me: thank you. (No, someone will call you shortly or you are number 675x. Simply thank you} approach the receptionist and say: Im not sure if Im checked in or not to which she frostily replied Someone will call you soon, sir but it seemed as if she thought she was talking to a cur, not a sir. I inquired as to the wait time, and got a frosty about ten minutes, sir. Ever met someone who could use the right words but with a tone that indicates a complete lack of regard for the listener? Thats her. I will die before I return to this hellish place.

The office staff did a great job getting us checked in and taken care of. They were fast, professional, very helpful and friendly. We got there at 6:30 on a Monday and were walking out the door at 6:45.Couldnt ask for a better experience.

They are so nice and helpful by explaining everything to me as im on my 13th week of pregnancy .I felt nauseous and needed to be fasting and had to wait to 2hr after the drink they gave me. Great staff highly recomend it

My husband had the chance to work on a Saturday, but had to take the day off from work to get his blood work done. We went to this LabCorp, as soon as they opened at 7 am. We were meet with a guy that asked us if we had an appointment. We said no, and he handed us a piece of paper with the information to call to make one. We have never needed an appointment before, and they were NOT at all busy. I guess just lazy. Another gentleman was turned away, who had also had to miss work. I felt bad for him also. There was NO reason they couldnt have taken people, by stand by.So we ended up driving out to Covina, where they were busy, and VERY EFFICIENT! At the Covina Lab, they are very friendly and helpful. They put the patients FIRST!!

Ive been doing all my blood exams here at Chino Location and its been pretty good experience. I highly recommend it..In and out with appointment or no appointment, the staff members are pretty nice and friendly, well at least I havent had no issue.Thank you .

The office check in procedure was very smooth and the ladies in this office are extremely efficient and helpful, especially Daisy who did all of my biometric lab work.

I actually go about of my way to come to this LapCorp. My veins are really hard. So hard most of the time they have to draw blood from the palm of my hand. No matter what, they get it done with a smile on their face. Yesterday for the first time the phlebotomist named Ryan B. got my vein on the first try!!! This was a miracle to me because this NEVER happens. The last time that happen was at least 15 years ago. Thank you for hiring competent people. Godd job guys!!!

Very rude. Unprofessional.. treated my daughter like a disease when shes only pregnant. Awful place to go to...not helpful.. go to the lab Corp in upland. Its fast, theyre friendly and very professional. Way better experience in upland. Ill be driving to upland for now on..

The front staff are on the verge of a breakdown, lots of raised voices and waiving people away, obvious lack of training, however the lab Technicians are kind and professional and very organized, strange case of 1st low then high quality people.

No point in making appointments. Came in for a drug test for medical school. Showed up 10 minutes early and still was informed that I had to wait 20-30 minutes. So whats the point of making an appointment?........ Be sure to bring a face mask and hand sanitizer. Your NOT allowed to leave the building and you have people sneezing and coughing all over the place. Not only that, it seems like people bring their whole family with them so theres no where to sit.

These Girls in front really need better customer service skills, i truly recomend proper training , so rude and un organized.....A lot of these patients are sick and should be treated with care, something i did not see as i was waiting. Implamenting a system to run a better flow of service would surely help them here, I will not be coming back here ever again!!

Walked in with no appointment, did my drug test, and was out in about 30 minutes. Doctor could be friendlier, but then again he handles urine all day. Cant really blame him there. Otherwise, friendly staff.

They are there to take your test and that it. Stop being dumb about it. Who cares if they dont give you all the respect in the world suck it up .. It was quick. Busy location with poor maintenance and upkeep of facility.

Ive come here a couple of times without an appointment and never had to wait for a long time. I usually beat the crowd because i get there early thursday mornings before 8am. The front staff do there job, but the back staff does there job as well and above. Ive had blood work done many times and never had an issue. All the people complaining about the wait time are exagerrating and i believe are already in a bad mood. 😬

Wait time was within reason. Very clean facility. The staff is well trained and sensitive to your needs. Ive had blood drawn numerous times and it has only been barely uncomfortable once. Im oversensitive, so they really do well. Parking is shared with IHOP and other offices. So it can be difficult to find a place to park sometimes.

Labcorp charged me a “cash” price for a test that was excessive to begin with. This was supposed to be the full price. After the test I received a bill from them for another $252. If you do not have insurance, do not use this lab! Wish I could give zero stars!

I hear the wait is kind of long for blood work. However, if you have the luxury of time on weekdays at around 9 or 10 the wait might be shorter. We arrived around 9:40am and had urinalysis around 10am then blood work around 10:20am.

Wait time is not too long. They draw blood quickly & fairly painless.

I got there 20 minutes early for my appointment and was done before my actual appointment time. It pays to make an appointment online, no waiting around as a walk in. Janet drew my blood on the first try, which is rare for me, since my veins usually play hide and seek.

They worked fast, and the doctor who drew the blood was very professional.

There quick here, but the llady at the front desk is not very nice she could use a lesson in manners and how to treat people.

They leave me on hold for more then 10 minutes and then hang up on me.

This was the worst experience at the lab Corps ever gone to and I’ve gone to lab court in Ontario and Pomona and this one was by far the worst they made me wait two hours and I gave a sample of my ear and he said he couldn’t use the year they had me wait outside for like 30 minutes I couldn’t provide a urine test because I felt like they were watching me and then they said if I don’t pay this time they really are going to watch me

Today I took my 3 children for blood tests and Mrs. Martha g took care of us excellent very professional in other places they take a long time but here it was super fast, my children say that it did not hurt them that they took blood, I really thank you Martha for being an excellent professional at work

The nurse Martha is an excellent personable person and above all she knows how to draw blood from my children without hurting them because their veins are not easily found.
