Barber was on his cell phone while coughing in starter brothers just now buying a juice drink. He was telling his caller that he took some dayqill and he didnt have a fever anymore. Im writing this review because he didnt have a mask on knowing he has symptoms while shopping and who knows if he is protecting his clients? I dont know how many barbers there are in there but he was wearing a black shirt with the shop logo maybe late 20s and had a lot of tattoes on his neck area.

Would not recommend at all. Just a group of guys who favorite their “regulars” or friends. It’s apparent they don’t care about older aged groups. Very rude and act as if you’re going to say something dumb. VERY Overpriced for the quality. Try going to Snippz Barber, also in Chino. I’ve been there only twice and can honestly say it blows this place out of the water. You’ll actually feel welcomed

Been coming to this place since 2015 and I was referred by a friend. I’ve always gone as a walk-in as the environment has always been relaxed and the group of individuals are pretty good guys themselves. With that being said I’ve noticed the decline in service in terms of professionalism and walk-ins not the the haircuts themselves as those are just as important. The wait times are steadily high, but that’s what makes the appointments more appealing. Today, not being the first, I go through the process of check-in which requires your signature. The owner “Ralph” is a nice guy, but displayed some dissatisfying behavior when allowing another individual in front of me. I don’t react negatively as I let them go, however when we then discussed who would be next in line, “Ralph” then said,” You can go or the other guy can go” completely dismissing my time and the entire purpose of “checking-in”. It’s apparent that a consistent customer means very little to your business, I won’t be returning.

Cut my hair pretty good man, I saw all their work and Ill cut my hair w anyone... Not everyone can be pleased in a barbershop

Best barber shop Ive ever been to. Name says it all, Top Shelf. This means they are VERY BUSY, so make an appointment. Otherwise dont complain that they couldnt fit you in as a walk in.

I was reluctant at first to take my young son to a barbershop. You know how the talking can get pretty R rated. But i found these guys are true professionals and my son loves coming here. Its the only place he goes now even my mom cant cut his hair now thats saying alot if grandma cant cut his hair

I go there all the time, they know how to cut and give you a fresh look every time. All of the barbers are good but if you make an appointment it good cuz you dont have to wait in the line.

Junior cuts my hair and is very consistent, he takes his time and makes sure you look sharp ; I would recommend this barber to my friends and family.

Terrible customer service! On Saturday I was told there was a 2 hour wait and to come back on Sunday between 12 and 3pm for walk-Ins all day as they don’t do appointments on Sunday. On Sunday, when I brought my son back, they said they are only doing appointments right now and there is a 1 and1/2 hour wait. I asked t make an appointment for 1 and 1/2 hours later as we had things to do and couldn’t wait that long. Also asked why they gave me wrong information yesterday. No apology was given and I was told I could not make an appointment as they were leaving early. Terrible customer service! Who gives wrong business info, doesn’t apologize, and refuses to help make it up or accomadate a customer? I will not be going back.

Whack, i called and they told me they are closing late today and as long as i show up before they can take me as a walk-in and i got here at 340 and the guy told me and i quote uh, i think were done for today but i can take you tomorrow, walked straight out. What kind of business is this, a whack one

Talk about taking pride in your job, these barbers pay attention to detail! My son and I walkout satisfied customers every time we go in for a cut.

Been there 2 times and they get down. My son is 10 years old and he is really picky about his hair cuts. Both times he left that place with a big smile.

I live down the street and was told on the phone if I come in now I’ll be the next one they take and he would wait for me. I get there, and the whole place is packed. They make me sign in to wait after being told I would be seen immediately...4 people went ahead of me that came in much longer after me even though 3 of them had appointments. But the last straw was when one guy finished a customer, and when I looked up to see if he’d call me, he gave me a dirty look and walked to the back to eat a sandwich after I had just waited 45 minutes and was in a hurry, which is why I called ahead of time. You guys messed up my hair line and the part on my hair last time I got my hair cut here too so why was I even considering coming back!? You lost a customer for life and hopefully many others for the way you treated me. There was one other white guy there too and you ignored us both while you constantly gave high fives to your friends coming into the shop. Top shelf? More like old bud stuck in between my car seats.
