Patty is such an amazing associate she helped us get coverage when we moved from out of state. Not only do we have coverage on our vehicle’s but also renters insurance and pet insurance. Been with Yeri Chu State Farm for about 6 years now. During this period, I’ve been solicited by many other insurance companies, some with better rates. Coming from a capital projects background and when it comes to the importance of my family and vehicles, I would not take my chances with anyone else. I recently purchased a used vehicle. I have been with Farmers insurance for more than 15 years. After shopping around for a quote, I spoke to Patty Mercado from Yeri Chus State Farm office in Chino. Not only was she able to quote me for a better rate, but I got increased coverage. Patty was very professional and courteous. She made every attempt to explain the differences between coverages. All these qualities made me switch right then and there. I would highly recommend her.

Yuri is by far the worst agent Ive ever dealt with! Not only is she rude, she doesn’t listen, and is a blatant liar. Her and her “Team” screwed up the coverage on my Classic Car I spent 4 years restoring. I stead if the classic car coverage I was lead to believe I had I only had basic coverage so when I went to file a claim guess what??? My car has been in the shop 6 weeks. She doesn’t return calls, her team claims they take messages she never gets, when I asked her for proof that My coverage had changed she said she couldn’t find it. Then tried to blame it on me for not submitting the proper paperwork. When I showed her the emails with the proof, she claimed she never got them or talked to me in two separate conversations after. Fortunately I kept proof to prove all the above and she will see it soon. If you value what you are trying to Insure. Stay clear of this Agent!!!

Caroline helped me insure my automobile with State Farm, and it was such an easy and simple process! When I got in my first car accident she was literally by my side during the collision and every step of the way after, from filing a claim to following up on when it closed.
