Worst insurance company ever. Not transparent whatsoever with cancellation fees or any additional fees for that matter and accept zero responsibility when I receive notices threatening me with collections. Not even an apology after being a customer for 4 years without a single claim filed.

Criminal customer service. I have been with them for a couple of years. Often times they are not at their office location when you drive there. When I decided to cancel they took 6 days to acknowledge my cancellation so the overhead insurance company charged my account. Now I have to wait 4 weeks to see that charge back in my account. I cannot blame the overall insurance for charging. It is monumental’s fault for lagging in the process and I feel it may have been intentional. I called Monumental to complain about the charge and I was put on hold and disconnected at least 4 times. Frustrating is an understatement. I am very happy to leave them !!
