Alsop and Associates is a great Allstate agency and it is all because of Daisy. She has the best customer service I have ever experience and is very knowledgeable. She is the reason I keep on doing business with Allstate and makes me feel like I am getting great value for my money.

I like that the agents and office staff are personable. If I have question they get right back to me. I dont feel ripped off by our premiums. If I did have to file a claim I feel good knowing I have them as our agents.

We have been with Allstate for many years. We are able to easily talk with an associate when we call, and we did need their help when our car was damaged by another driver. They made sure our claim was paid.

Been with this insurance company and agent for about 16 years and unless you want to deal with a bunch of people who are rude and could care less if you’re their customer then go here. When you call customer service and they act like you’re a burden for calling. After this month, I’m moving to an another company. I’ve paid these people way too much for way too long to be treated like that. Don’t go here or to any other Allstate agent, you’re definitely not in the right hands.

My car and home have been insured with Alsop & Associates for almost 50 years. They have always been at the most reasonable prices, and I have had excellent coverage on both my car and home. They have covered my current vehicle for 2 minor claims and a complete rebuild of my home after a fire, both without raising my rates.

Allstate member over 30 years. Excellent coverage on my Home and Vehicles. FAST, easy, courteous service. Lowest rates (for me) nationwide. Did not raise my rates for claims.Recently compared to an auto accident my brother had; his insurer and the other drivers insurer were much more difficult to deal with.I would give Allstate more than 5 stars for the coverage of a fire in my home, thefts from my home and vehicle, and a couple minor traffic accidents. Resolved or started working on claims within 24 hrs. 100+% satisfaction.
