They stole over 600.00 dollars. Charged every month, unable to book appointments due to limited availability and covid restrictions, they give you limited time to use any surplus of hours that have been pre-paid and expire your hours if you cancel membership.

They have a reflecting room stocked with cold water with orange slices in it, as well as tea bags for hot tea and a nice sitting area with magazines so you can unwind a little before your massage. The receptionists are always polite, helpful, and if you go regularly like me, they do their best to greet you by name. The restrooms are nicely decorated with shelves so you have a place to put your purse. They are always clean and are actually larger than most homes restrooms. The massage room is nice, not as well decorated, but I am not there for the pictures anyway. There are hooks and a large square seat for your clothes and personal items. The table is heated and the height is adjustable, with dimmers on the lights. They are careful to be sensitive to any allergies that you may have. My therapist is excellent. He actually researches on his own time stretches and exercises to help me improve my flexibility. He is very professional and my chiropractor loves him! 🙂UPDATE: At the risk of him getting too busy to fit me in, I have to say Patrick, my massage therapist, is the best! All of the things I said above are about him. And not only does he stay studied up, he also gives healthy diet and herb tips, and encourages me to keep up on my water intake. He always reminds me that he isnt a doctor, but I trust him, because I know he is serious about his career. He is very professional. He lets you know what he is doing, helps you realize when you arent relaxed and helps you learn how to, and if you want to talk, he will engage you. If you dont want to talk, he respects that, too. He has helped me so much, in many ways. I am so thankful for him. I hope the company knows what a tremendous asset he is to them. #PatrickBestMassageTherapistEver

I have been going here for about 8 years and have never been disappointed. Great customer service and the therapists know what they are doing and they continuously learn new techniques. Omg this place amazing !

My first time going to Massage Envy after that whole debacle of men being inappropriate and they were great. The woman at the front desk with the lovely eyelashes went above and beyond when she greeted me, and kneeled on the floor explaining things to my friend and I. My masseuse Ken was very good and i have no complaints. I will follow up when i get back to Colorado

They are very nice and respectful. I go to Chris once a month and he has helped with getting all my knots out of my back.

Usually a good place to go, but every once in a while unless you find and keep the same Massage therapist you might get a talkative one.

LOVE it nice and clean..VERY friendly...LOVE THE quiet room set up WITH water tea and coffee availability in the room...lemon water VERY refreshing...wish CLAREMONT and UPLAND WAS SET UP THIS way...either way I LOVE MASSAGE ENVY....

We kind of hate the customer service here. We tried to cancel and they kept billing us. We had to cancel our credit card and all of that hassle! Now they keep sending us emails. We reply to stop and they continue.Therapists were fine.

The Chino Hill location is the very best, I drive 63 miles round trip to go to this location even thought I know there are others more near me all because I know I get the best service. I would and do recommend them to my friends and family.
