Ive had some avionics work done at other shops. Like many plane owners, I was looking for the lowest price. You know the old sayingGood work aint cheap AND cheap work aint good. Well I cant stress how true that is about anything airplanes. My plane came back with the wires a mess, new scratches on my panel, duct taped wires, my headset was intermittent ....... Just bad quality workmanship all around.I learned of Advantage Avionics from another pilot who had his panel update there. Advantage Aviation did a great job making sure the panel was clean and perfect. The wires are bundled clean, connections are clean, panel cut perfect....... Great job guys.

Not impressed. Had ADSB installed on my Cessna 182 and we all know that shops are slammed to get the work done before D-day. I also had a G5 installed. My plane came back filthy and with mats, equipment, charts etc. bunged in the back. The ALT on the transponder intermittently goes off and I have to recycle....not good in controlled airspace. Im getting no help solving the issue which presumably is minor. When you pay $24,000 you expert a little service or a response even if you are busy.

I had them put a G3X touch inside my Kitfox. There was a tight deadline to get me ready for my cross country flight to Oshkosh. They had it done on time and everything worked great!!
