They claim 24 HR service. Call someone else if you broke down in the middle of the night. Quoted me 230 dollars for a tow and over night stow. Then called me back to tell me it was beyond their scope. I tried to give them money because I was desperate, they wouldnt take it.

**Update**Locked my keys in my car AGAIN!!! How embarrassing! Only 2 weeks later 😑 ended up being Kris again. We had a good laugh. Thanks for your help again!!!Kid locked my keys in the car. Placed the service request and they were here within 10 min and has it done in 5! Thank you!!

I had a great experience they made it work out that day where a driver was going to phx after that he came over to wickenburg saved me half of the miles. Everybody is courteous on time I will always use custom from that day on thank you custom towing.

Was charged just over $400 bucks for a vehicle that was involved in an accident in Chino Valley. Police chose this company. I was charged $95 for the clean up fee and charged $95 for pick up fee. I cant believe the state approved these rates. The car wasnt at their lot for more than 4 hours.

Arrived 4 hours late to tow my vehicle . I had a 10am appointment for a scheduled tow .The owner Tom lied to me for 4 hours claiming that their towtruck was on its way . Finally arrived about 2pm for my local scheduled tow . I later realized that their driver twisted/ bent the front suspension of my vehicle when he winched it onto the flatbed .I would not recommend this unreliable company .

These guys are great! I have used them on numerous occasions. Lightning fast response time, driver is professional and very warming when you are going through the nightmare of being broke down. They are whats left of the small town good old boys. They are truly small enough to know you, big enough to serve you.

There was a guy that came into townhouses. He was very rude. Blocking everyone so we couldnt get out. And very rude. Do no do business with these guys. I will report this guy.
