Professional, well prepared. The repairman showed up with the needed part on the first visit, finished the job at a reasonable price. Sure beats buying a new oven. Adobe had fixed appliances for us before and we are always satisfied. So thankful for them. My oven was over 20 years old and works great again!

My Whirlpool dishwasher was a year-and-a-half old when the motor stop . Adobe came out diagnosed my problem and had it fixed within a week. Excellent service great price. I will use them again if I have any plans as go out. Thank you Carol

I had the worst experience with Adobe Appliance. I bought a LG washer and dryer in August from Home Depot and have been having problems with it ever since. Im working with the Corporate Office of Home Depot and they sent a service order to Adobe Appliance. I contacted them and scheduled an appointment for the next day. My daughter was at home and welcomed the service technician in. My daughter stated he conducted some test on the washer and stated that we were using too much detergent is the reason my clothes are extremely wet. I have to run the spin cycle twice in order to get most of the water out. I was hearing a strange noise in my dryer and the service man put some tape on my vent and said that should solve the problem. I called the office and the lady on the phone began to give me lessons on how to wash my clothes. I explained to the woman that lessons is what I do not need but what I need is someone to look at my washer and tell me why I have to run it twice to get my clothes wringed out enough to put in the dryer. She stated that she was not going to have their technician stay for the duration of a cycle in order to determine that. I believed that I could not get any reasoning out of the person and requested to speak to her superior. She then gave the phone to the owner of the store. As soon as the owner got on the phone she asked what my name was. I said this is Mr. ****. She said no, what is your name? I said this is Mr. ******* *. ****. She said, Oh!!! You are one of them! I was shocked, stunned, offended all at once. She was so rude through the whole conversation that my daughter took the phone and tried to explain just exactly what the technician did to the washer and dryer but the owner seemed to have no interest and what either of us had to say. I finally got tired of the abuse and hung up the phone. I called Home Depot Cooperate office and informed them of the negative experience I had with Adobe Appliance and asked them not to ever refer this company to my home again.

It took us a month and a half to get our dryer back up and working, they tell give you a 5 hour time frame of when they will be there and when they do get there and you dont answer the door the first time they leave with out calling you or ringing the door bell. And when they do come in they dont have any parts on them so when they find out whats wrong you have to reschedule another time and day for them to come. Oh and they overbook themselves and we got pushed to the side when we have been without a dryer for a month.

Year after year you have come to my aid and provided nothing but TOP NOTCH Service-Thank you. When ever I have real estate clients needing appliance service needs its Adobe appliance I recommend.
